Most of the issues are related to compatibility, which is why so many games struggle to be “perfect” these days. However, despite some issues, Rainbow Six Siege remains a phenomenal game.
These days, players keep getting the same persistent “Servers unavailable” error, or more commonly known as error code 3-0x0001000b.
How to Fix Error Code 3-0x0001000b – Servers Unavailable
Unfortunately, when it comes to this error, nine times out of ten it’s an issue with the actual Rainbow Six Siege servers, not the players connecting. To find out if this is a real server error or a connection issue, please visit the official Rainbow Six Siege Server Status page.
There you can select your platform and see if the game servers are down. If it doesn’t and you’re getting the “Servers unavailable” error, there are a few things you can do.

Fixing Error 3-0x0001000b in Rainbow Six Siege
1. Use an Ethernet cable
Instead of launching and playing the game over Wi-Fi, be sure to switch to an Ethernet cable. On average, Ethernet cables provide a much more stable Internet connection and are less prone to interruptions.
2. Reboot the system
Even though it may sound trite, restarting your computer does a few things that are absolutely necessary for some tasks on your system.
There may have been some registry or connection changes that require a reboot. So, restart your computer and try Rainbow Six Siege again.
3. Restart your router
Restarting your router is more or less the same as your PC. What happens when you reset your router is that your IPS gets reset as well, which could be causing the problem.
However, this may reset all of your network settings as well as your SSID and password, so be aware of that!
4. Allow app through firewall
You may need to manually grant Rainbow Six Siege access to public and private networks. To do this, follow these steps:
Open the Start menu and type ” Windows Defender Firewall ” into the search bar. Press ” Enter “.
After that, click on ” Allow an app or feature to interact with Windows Defender Firewall ” and click on ” Change settings “.
Find Rainbow Six Siege and select it
Click ” Add ” and then make sure ” Private ” and ” Public ” are ticked .
Click OK .
If all of the above methods don’t work for you, consider contacting Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege support.
