Your discoverer

Nikolai Sidorov, a chemical engineer who lives in the environs of Moscow , who all his life has worked in coke and gas metallurgical productions.

How was the discovery

Many times he saw how the workers washed themselves with the special water used to prepare the cooked coke “cakes” and wondered why they did it and according to them, that water cured eczemia, radiculitis, diathesis.

Sidorov knew as a chemical that the phenols obtained during the oil cracking process have disinfecting properties. On one occasion he did the test himself, the factory doctor prescribed a drug to fight mycosis. This chronic and long-lasting disease occurred more intensely after each period of improvement. Sidorov lost patience, applied phenol to the diseased skin, and was cured.

Sidorov’s investigations

These unique phenolic properties began to make him sleepy. He learned that at the end of the last century, shortly after the chemists learned to extract phenols, in a European clinic they tried to apply them to wound healing: a scandal arose and instead of obtaining the desired effect, they appeared in the patients, symptoms of intoxication.

After investigations by Sidorov, he found that in that clinic they had used a phenol solution with a low degree of division and using water as a solvent. And since water is very easily observed by the body, harmful substances penetrate it. But there are other organic solvents that prevent absorption and accentuate the bactericidal properties of the mixture. The preparation burns only, the outer layer of the skin, the albuminous substances of the cells are immediately transformed into polymeric compounds and can no longer provoke chemical-biological reactions.

His feat

Sidorov began experimenting and composing mixtures and smearing himself on his own neck warts with that liquid, and a few days later the pea-sized warts began to shrink and then came off completely.

Right of use

Sidorov went to the USSR Ministry of Health and after a time the preparation under the name of Ferezolad acquired the right to exist and be approved by the special services of the Ministry, in scientific research services and in clinics, since doctors They are cautious with skin problems, fearing that they will become malignant tumors. This explains why Ferezol’s salads spanned two years.

Meanwhile, the press began to talk about the new preparation, which without pain and without traces, made warts , moles, hardness, scars, pointed condylomas , pyoderma and other skin lesions disappear .

In 1982 , the USSR Pharmacological Committee authorized medical application and industrial production, but with the use of a prescription only.
