The explanatory adjectives are those that designate a quality of a noun that is inherent for their own condition. For example: white snow, dark night.
The adjectives are words that complement the substantive punctuating his qualities. The explanatory adjectives generally precede the noun and constitute a repetition of a quality that was already known to the noun itself. These adjectives are frequently used in literature texts ( poems , novels or stories) with the aim of accentuating the concrete or abstract characteristics of the elements. Due to their own characteristics, these adjectives can be omitted without generating problems of coherence and meaning.
They should not be confused with specific adjectives: those that limit all nouns to a group. In these cases, unlike mentioning a quality that everyone possesses, one that only some possess is mentioned.
