Reporting from Health Shots, dr. Mahima Agarwal, a skin health expert from Fortis Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi, explains why this problem is more prone to be experienced during the day. The amount of sweat that appears due to hot air that meets the natural oils on the face and skin causes the skin to feel sticky.

Choose a facial cleanser that best suits your skin type to prevent problems from appearing. For sensitive and dry skin, use gentle, fragrance-free cleansing products. Meanwhile, on oily skin, use a type of facial cleanser that is suitable for your skin.

Use Clothes Dry and Wash Regularly

Wearing clothes that have sweat marks or that haven’t been washed can cause infection. When you finish exercising, make sure to immediately wash and change the clothes you use and make sure to take a shower to remove sweat. When the air is hot, avoid exercising outdoors and make sure you are in the shade all the time.
