About the character

Moze is Yaoqing’s mysterious shadow guard. He is quiet and silent, preferring to work alone and rarely showing himself in public. Apparently, he was once imprisoned and was only pardoned by the general’s will. Since then, he has served Feixiao and traveled with her and Jiaoqiu.

In combat, the Scout uses the Electro element and follows the path of the Hunt. His damage is focused on a single target, and he can also perform bonus attacks after allies and apply debuffs to enemies.

How to get

Moze will be available for the first time in Update 2.5 during the Feixiao banner – “The Rumble of the Divine Chariot” or in the Triple Rerun Banner “Inexhaustible Crowds” from September 10 to October 2, 2024. After the banner ends, he will join the game’s 4★ character pool and will be available in any banner with a standard drop rate for heroes of his rarity.

Pros and cons

Pros Cons
·         Due to its own mechanics, it uses up little skill points and can restore them after its abilities.

·         Applies two debuffs, allowing damage dealers to equip the Deadwater Pathfinder set, which increases damage when enemies have debuffs.

·         Mechanics are great for Feixiao, so it can replace Topaz if she is not on the account.

·         Can move its action forward, so it is not so demanding to strictly adjust the speed of heroes in the squad.

·         Designed for playing with a team of bonus attacks, where the damage dealers are legendaries. Therefore, it is not so effective if there is no Feixiao or Doctor Ratio on the account.

·         Cannot act as a damage dealer himself, since the damage percentages of skills are rather modest.

·         Due to the mechanics of marks and the path of the Hunt, it is more suitable for fights with large targets like bosses.

The mark does not transfer to another enemy, and cannot be applied if allies are unable to continue fighting.

Piercing shadows, hidden blades Superpower Charges at an enemy and performs a quick electrical attack. Instantly triggers a bonus attack after performing it.
The swift flight of a feather blade Talent If the enemy has the Sacrifice Mark on them, Motse will enter the Dead state.

When allies attack a marked enemy, Moze deals additional damage and consumes 1 charge point. For every 3 points spent, he performs a bonus attack on the enemy marked with the Sacrifice mark.

If the charge counter is 0, the mark automatically disappears and the used points counter is reset.

Hidden Wings Technique When activated, he goes into a shadow state for 20 seconds. During this time, he cannot be seen by opponents. When attacking while the technique is in effect, Motse’s damage at the start of the battle increases by 30% for 2 turns.

Light Cones for Motse

Icon Name Characteristics Description
Anxiety and bliss The wearer gains an 18-30% bonus to critical hit chance and increases the damage of their bonus attack by 30-50%.

When used, the enemy is given the “Taming” debuff. It stacks up to 2 times and increases the ally’s critical damage to the target by 12-20% for each level.

The best option for Motse. Allows you to enhance not only the character’s own basic attack, but also gives allies more boosts.
Baptism of pure thought The character’s critical damage is increased by 20-32%. For each weakening the enemy has, the wearer’s critical hit chance is increased by 8-12%. This effect stacks up to 3 times.

When using the ult on an enemy, the Discussion debuff is applied to them, which increases incoming damage by 36-60%, and the bonus attack begins to ignore 24-40% of defense. The status lasts for 2 turns.

A good cone that gives significant bonuses to Motse’s own damage and allows him to play as a support DD, not just a debuffer.
Cruise the Galaxy Critical hit chance is increased by 8-16%, and if the target’s HP is below or equal to 50%, this effect is doubled.

After defeating an enemy, the wearer gains 20-40% attack power for 2 turns.

Another good option for increasing the character’s own damage. However, to fully activate the buff, Motse must finish off enemies.
Fencing When the wearer attacks an enemy multiple times in a row, their damage is increased by 8-16%. This effect stacks up to 5 times and resets when the target changes. A good replacement for the legendary cones. Due to the mechanics of Moze, he can fully activate the buff if he attacks bosses or dense enemies.
Dead Sleep Increases critical damage by 30-50%. If a basic attack or skill fails to deal critical damage to an enemy, the wearer’s critical hit chance increases by 36-60% for 1 turn. Triggers once every 3 turns. And this cone allows you to cover the lack of critical damage, and once every 3 turns greatly increase the chance of a critical hit for stronger blows.

Relics

Moze, although a debuffer, needs good attack and crit rates. He has quite low percentages in skills, so a good build is important for a full-fledged support DD role. Therefore, in the lower stats, we look for critical hit chance and critical damage, as well as attack power, speed and energy recovery rate.

And we collect the main stats like this:

  • Body – Critical Hit Chance;
  • Boots – Attack Power or Speed (Due to the mechanics of the move progression, Motse does not need a high Speed stat);
  • Planar  Sphere – Electric Damage Bonus;
  • Connective  ligature is the power of attack.

Cave relics

Pathfinder of Dead Waters is the best option among other relic sets. Moze himself can apply debuffs to the enemy and thus will receive the conditions for the set to work.

For 2 parts of the set, the character will deal 12% more damage to enemies with weakening. And 4 parts will give a 4% chance of a critical hit. Also, when attacking enemies with 2/3 weakening, Motse’s critical damage will increase by 8/12% accordingly. And if he himself imposes a weakening during an attack, this effect will double for 1 turn.

Top 2 option is a combination of the sets Discoverer of Dead Waters and Burning Duke . So for the first option you will get a 12% increase in damage to enemies with debuffs, and for the second – 20% damage from bonus attacks.

Well, the third option is the Band of Incinerating Thunder set . This is a universal option for Electro damage dealers, which will also work well on Motse. For 2 parts, the character’s electrical damage will increase by 10%, and for 4 parts, when using the skill, he will receive 20% attack power for 1 turn.

Planar decorations

Duran Dynasty of Wolves is the best option for any damage dealers from bonus attacks in principle, and it also works great on Motse. The set gives 1 level of Feat for each bonus attack from allies. The effect stacks up to 5 times and for each level the wearer’s bonus attack is increased by 5%. In addition, when the number of stacks reaches 5, the character receives 25% critical damage.

The World of Izumo and the Kingdom of Takama will also look great on Moze, if only because it plays well with Feixiao, who also follows the path of the Hunt. The set gives 12% attack power without conditions, and if there is another character of the same path in the party, the wearer’s critical hit chance is increased by 12%.

And Frozen Salsotto can be used as a universal option. The wearer will receive 8% critical hit chance, and if this stat is equal to or higher than 50%, then his ult and bonus attacks will deal 15% more damage.

Teams with Motse

We have already said more than once above that Moze plays well with Feixiao, can enhance her bonus attacks and deal damage himself too. Their mechanics work well with each other, and you can get a stealthy scout from the same banner.

We put in such a squad:

  • Feixiao;
  • Motse;
  • Robin/Topaz;
  • Aventurina/Lingshu.

But Motse will also combine well with other damage dealers from bonus attacks. For example, you can take him into a squad with Doctor Ratio and get a good profit from this.

This pack consists of:

  • Doctors Ratio/Yunli/Clara;
  • Motse;
  • Topaz/Robins/March 7 (Hunting);
  • Aventurina/Fu Xuan/Lingshu.

Well, the third variant of the squads consists of a damage dealer of the Path of the Hunt and supports to him. Motse in this regard can act as a debuffer and support DD, so he will fit in well. In addition, he can restore action points, which is useful for the squad.

The squad may include:

  • Green/Yanqing;
  • Armor (E2)/Hanya/Sparkle;
  • Motse;
  • Hoho/Fu Xuan/Lynx/Lingsha.
