When Seth uses the empowered special attack “Shield Slam – High Voltage”, he gains a stack of “Unwavering Shield” equal to 68% of Seth’s original AD (max 3000) for 25 seconds. This can occur no more than once every 10 seconds. When Seth’s basic attack “Thunderclap – Shock” or secondary attack assist “Security Sanction” triggers a quick assist or chain attack that results in another agent entering the field, that agent gains an Unwavering Shield equal to 68% of Seth’s original AD (max 3000) for 25 seconds. This can occur no more than once every 10 seconds. Unwavering Shield increases Anomaly Knowledge by 85.
If there is another agent with the same attribute or from the same faction in the party: When Seth hits an enemy with the chain attack “Extreme Measures” or the finishing blow of the basic attack “Thunderclap – Shock”, the enemy’s resistance to anomaly accumulation of all attributes decreases by 20% for 20 sec.
Seth Lowell’s Mental Picture (Constellations)
The value of the shield that grants the Unwavering Shield effect and the maximum of this shield are increased by 30%. When the Unwavering Shield effect ends, the increase in Anomaly Knowledge from the main passive skill Guardian continues to last 10 seconds longer.
Upon entering the battlefield, Seth immediately gains 75% Impetus. When Seth hits an enemy with his basic attack “Thunderclap – Show”, it increases the Electric Attribute Anomaly accumulation of this move by 35%.

When hitting an enemy, the finishing blow of the basic attack “Thunderclap – Shock” deals additional damage equal to 500% of Seth’s attack power. This blow is guaranteed to cause a critical hit, and the amount of critical damage is increased by 60%.
