1.Egg drop.

A classic team building game, it consists of trying to drop an egg without breaking it. Divide your collaborators into teams, then give them an egg and some objects. The goal of the game is to build some sort of contraption around the egg so that it doesn’t break when dropped from above (the higher it is placed, the better).

To create it, you can use straws, paper towels, tape, rubber bands and newspapers. Players will have 15 minutes to wrap the egg before dropping it from a certain height. The team whose egg remains intact wins.

Why?  To learn how to solve problems, together, as a team.

5.Highland Games – The ultimate team competition.

The Highland Games are based on the traditional Scottish competition and are the perfect team-building activity with lots of sport, action and guaranteed lots of motivated employees.

At the beginning, the participants are divided into several teams that compete against each other. The individual games are based on the Scottish original.

During the approximately 4-hour team-building event, the “clans” compete against each other in various disciplines. These include straw sack throwing, a wine barrel rally, horseshoe throwing, archery, tug-of-war and axe throwing.

Even if not all clan members take part in the competition, teamwork and mutual encouragement are required to achieve the best possible result. This is why the Highland Games are suitable for everyone.
