He was born in Colombia . He is a graduate of the Universidad del Atlántico , in Barranquilla .

Trajectory

In addition to his extensive experience in the formulation of Land Management Plans, Partial Plans, Urban Action Units and Urban Designs, he has held different public and private positions for the Metropolitan Area of ​​Barranquilla , the municipality of San Juan de Nepomuceno in Bolívar and for companies such as ETERNIT and PROMOCON, among others. He has also been a recognized teacher in institutions in Barranquilla such as UNICOSTA and CUC.

Throughout his career he has designed and built all kinds of projects , has been an auditor advisor in many others, and has worked as a consultant before district and departmental councils in the region. Among his achievements, it is worth mentioning the creation and coordination of the Window to the World contest in the city of Barranquilla in 2017 .

He has been President of the Colombian Society of Architects (SCA) Regional Atlántico ( 2004 – 2006 , 2006-2008 and 2011  2014 ) , National Attorney (2014-2018 ) and is currently the National President (2019-2021).
