As is usual in the latest games designed and launched by the Chinese company HoYoverse, the free-to-play Zenless Zone Zero has a code redemption system available to players so that users can obtain various rewards for free and periodically on any of its platforms (PC, Android, iOS and PlayStation 5). These codes rotate frequently over time and are shared by the developer itself at events, announcements and different special celebrations.

- NS6U9TTLM6AV: redeem it and you receive x2 Algorithm Module (code available indefinitely).
- NB6D9SB4MPSZ: redeem it and receive x6 Crystallized Coating (code available indefinitely).
- 4BPDRBT459RH: when redeemed you receive Denique x6,000 (code available indefinitely).
- ZZZTVCM / ZZZ2024: when redeemed you receive Movie x50 + Denique x6,000 (code available indefinitely).
- ZENLESSGIFT: When redeemed, you receive Film x50 + Official Researcher’s Log x2 + Power Supply x3 + Algorithm Module x1 (code available indefinitely).
- ZENLESSLAUNCH: when you redeem it you receive Movie x60 + Denique x6,666 (code available indefinitely).

Please note that codes can only be claimed once per character or account , and only once you have reached user level 5 .
In other words, codes of the same type cannot be used more than once. Also, once a code is redeemed, the redemption cannot be reversed.
Expired codes
The following codes have already expired and are no longer available for redemption:
- ZZZFREE100: redeem it and you will receive Movie x300 + Denique x30,000 + Veteran Researcher’s Log x2 + Energy Module x3 (valid only until July 11 at 11:59 pm UTC +8).
How to redeem reward codes
To redeem Zenless Zone Zero reward codes you have two different options available; you can do it comfortably from within the game itself or do it from the official website via the internet.
Below we explain both methods so you can choose the one you prefer:
Redeem codes within the game
For this method you must first have advanced enough in your game. You must have completed the first mission of the story prologue , since this is the way to unlock access to the mailbox , which is the section where the rewards obtained by codes arrive.
Once this is done, follow these steps to redeem codes in your game:
- Open the game menu (button in the top left corner of the screen).
- Choose the “More features” option .
- Select the “Redemption code” section .
- Here you must enter the code you want to redeem.
Once you redeem your code (if it’s valid) you should receive the related rewards in your inbox . The rewards should appear immediately , but don’t be surprised if they take a while to become available. The game itself will notify you with a notification. Remember to collect the rewards as soon as you can as the email for them automatically expires after 29 days of receiving it. If you forget to do so, you will lose the rewards.
Redeem codes from the web
This method consists of visiting the redemption codes section of the official Zenless Zone Zero website, where you can redeem valid codes to receive their rewards in your account.
You should take into account the following notes :
- Before redeeming codes, you need to be logged in to the website with your HoYoverse Pass account.
- You must also have created a character in the game that is linked to this account (and completed the prologue).
- Once this is done, select your game server on the web.
- Then enter the redemption code you want to claim.
- Finally click on “Confirm exchange” .
If the code has been redeemed successfully, your rewards will appear in your in-game mail the next time you log in. Don’t forget to collect them before the mail expires.
