1) Restore the system

6) Check HD and PC memory
Check your computer’s hard drive and memory, as some errors can be caused by these devices. To check the status of the hard drive, go to Start, then “Computer”. 9) Reinstall Windows
The most drastic option if none of the above works or is available is to reinstall Windows from scratch. The new formatting can be done with a USB flash drive or software installation CD .
10) Fixes in Windows 8
Although they are different systems, the guidelines for solving problems with the blue screen in Windows 7 also apply to versions 8, 8.1 and RT 8.1. In newer versions, Microsoft advises the user to obtain the latest updates with the traditional Windows Update.
