This enchantment deals both damage and blood loss stacking, making it a good tool for its relatively low stat requirements. However, it will take some work to get to it.

  • The Swarm of Flies enchantment is found inside a cave in the Moghwyn Palace region.
  • You can get here through the shipping gate at Mountaintops of the Giants/Consecrated Snowfield.

This requires Haligtree’s secret medallion to be used in Rold’s Great Elevator. You can collect half of it at Albus’s Village of the Albinaurs, which is hidden in a pot near the Site of Grace. The other is obtained from Sol Castle in the north of the Giant Mountains.

  • Alternatively, you can finish the Varre questline.

Talk to Varre after defeating Godrick in The First Step Site of Grace, exhaust the dialogue with Finger Reader in Roundtable Hold, then head to Rose Church.

Invade other players three times using the Bloody Fingers that Varre gives you, and choose to be anointed as a Knight of Mohg. He head to the Church of Inhibition and douse the Blood Favor Lord with the dead maiden’s blood and return. Keep talking and he will give you the Pureblood Knight Medal, which can be used to teleport to Mohgwyn Palace.

  • Look for the cave in the northeast to get your reward.

This can be found on the northeast edge of the swamp, loot the corpse enchantment.
