Article 1602 of the Civil Code states as follows “The employer is obliged at the time of the end of the employment relationship, at the request of the worker, to provide him with a statement signed by him.The issuance of a work certificate is indeed better done by the company considering that the Civil Code has also mentioned this. You can also request your rights with the end of the employment contract in the form of compensation money in accordance with Article 61 A of the Job Creation Law.
