Road to town

After watching the introductory video, in which the main character examines himself in the mirror, we leave the toilet. On the street we listen to a short monologue by James Sunderland, who tells about a strange letter received three years ago from his deceased wife Mary.

It indicated that James would be able to find the girl in their “special place.” Perhaps Mary points to the park by the lake, but the hero is not at all sure about this. We examine the photograph of the wife and the letter in the inventory. We approach the car from the side of the open door and look inside. We take away the map of Silent Hill and move to the left to the white truck.

We go down the stairs and continue our path straight along the path until the hero reaches the metal gate. We pass further and find ourselves in the cemetery, where we meet a girl who is looking for her mother. After a short cut-scene, go straight and go from the small church on the right to the golden gate.

We leave back, run forward along the path to the wooden partition under the bridge and climb inside. James will find a radio transmitter and come face to face with a mysterious shadow. The hero will arm himself with a board, so we kill the monster in close combat, climb over the fence and follow in the opposite direction to the asphalt road.

We turn left and go a few meters to the nearest intersection. You can run around all the monsters on the way and not pay any attention to them. We move at the fork to the right and go to the very end of the road. We turn left and go along the right side to the next street.

At the crossroads, we follow to the right and we get to the white house on wheels. Inside we find a note on the sofa. It mentions the bar “At Nili”, so the hero will mark this place on his map. We leave on the street and move to the right, in the opposite direction from the trailer.

At the nearest intersection, turn left and cross the road. We go around the diner and around the corner we find the first aid kit. We return to the road and go further to the required building. We pass inside and examine the inscription on the glass. At the counter we pick up the map on which James will find a strange sign, and go out into the street.

We move further along Nili street to the nearest intersection, cross the road and turn right onto Katz street. We get to the fork and go left along Martin Street. At the corner of the lattice fence on the left we find a healing drink and go to the very end, until we find the body. We search the dead woman and find the key to the gate. We run in the opposite direction and turn right at the crossroads. We go forward and at the building with a red sign and Chinese characters we find a first-aid kit. We follow the street further and reach the Wood Side apartments.

Wood Side Apartments

We find on the right side the lattice gate, open it with the key found earlier and we pass into the building. On the left, we study the building map and take the healing drink from the stairs. We rise to the second floor and we pass through the door. We examine the garbage chute in the first room on the right and go further along the corridor.

We go into the nearest room to the right and take the flashlight from the headless mannequin. We kill the monster or quickly leave the room. We defeat the monsters in the corridor, turn left and go through the left door. In the room we collect cartridges for the pistol on the table in the hall and on the bedside table in the bedroom. We defeat all enemies with a club and go back into the corridor. We return back to the stairs and climb to the very top.

We go through the door to the upper floor and examine the key behind the bars. We are trying to lift the object, but it will not work to get it, since the girl will push the key away with her foot, so James will have to find another way. We go to the other side and at the end of the corridor we go into the door on the left.

We examine the wall, take the pistol from the cart and go back. We go to the stairs, go down to the floor below and again we pass to the second floor. James will hear a strange sound. We move to the left to the grate, behind which we will see a monster and we go into the door on the right.

We take out from the storage three packs of cartridges for the pistol and go out into the corridor. Follow to room 209 and examine the note on the door. We move left and we pass through the nearest door. We pick up the map of the western part of the building from the floor and go downstairs. We take away the first aid kit in the laundry and go to room 105. Solution: after examining the hint, we find out that the correct code corresponds to the letter “T”. If you imagine how the letter is superimposed on the panel with buttons, it becomes clear that it is necessary to use the combination “1328”.

We go into the third chamber “S3” on the left and take away the key from the roof from the table. Maria will remain in this room to rest, so we continue our journey without her. We return to the stairs and rise to the roof of the hospital. We examine the patient’s diary and try to go through the locked door.

Abandoned building

We leave the elevator and go through the door. James will be in an abandoned building. We run to the left past the monsters and at the end of the corridor we turn left. We reach the fork and move to the right. We go down the stairs and run straight. In the next room we find a huge Pyramid Head blade and two ammo boxes. We return back to the stairs leading to the corridor, we turn around the corner and walk in a straight line to two holes in the floor with stairs. We go down the first, kill the monsters and go on the water to the second. We go upstairs and in the next room we find a cube with various faces.

How to solve a cube puzzle

Nearby is a passage to a metal room that rotates with the cube. We move the cube with faces so that there is access to the moving room.

  • Easy / Normal level of difficulty for riddles: an upside-down head with green eyes should be on the right.
  • Hard / extra difficulty level of riddles: solved by the selection method, since the riddle is generated automatically.

We pass through the metal room through two openings. James will meet a living Maria in a cell behind bars. The hero will not be able to climb through the grate, so we return back to the room with the cube. We take away the pliers from the open switchboard and return to the first door near the elevator. We use the wire cutters and open the passage.

How to get through the maze

  1. We go down the stairs, follow the first fork to the right and go upstairs.
  2. We go straight and to the right, and after that we go down the stairs again.
  3. Go ahead and turn left at the first fork.
  4. We go upstairs, go forward and bend around the metal grate on the right.
  5. We climb down, at the first fork we turn left and go up the stairs.
  6. We go straight along the corridor and go down the stairs to the right.
  7. We immediately turn left and climb up the stairs.

At the end of the path, James should be in front of a wooden door with a red sign. We study the newspaper on the floor and go through the door. We go straight along the corridor and hear the cry of a girl. We go into the nearest room to the right and protect Angela from the monster with the door. It is recommended to use a shotgun and after a few accurate shots the enemy will die. The girl will have a fight with James and leave the room.

We leave into the corridor and we pass into the next room. Immediately we go into the right door and find ourselves in an office with six hanging bodies. We study the notes on the faces of the victims, in which each gallows man is accused of some crime: fraud, kidnapping, counterfeiting, beating, embezzlement and murder. We leave the room and go to the end of the corridor. We pass through the left door and solve the riddle of the gallows.

We go down to the first floor and pick up a new hotel card from the wall (for staff). We turn the corner and go to the door with a red light bulb. We pass into the back room and find the music box “Snow White” on the shelf on the right. We leave back into the corridor and go to the office space adjacent to the elevator. We take out a videotape and a can opener from the safe. We use the blue door and go down the stairs to the basement. We run past the dummy and turn the corner. We pass through the central door into the boiler room and pick up the first aid kit from the floor.

On the valve we take the key from the bar and go out into the corridor. At the fork, we turn right and go to the kitchen through the central door. We pick up three healing drinks and open the metal can with a can opener. We take away the light bulb from the inside and go further into the bar.

How to solve a music box puzzle

You need to insert three boxes and start the jukebox. We arrange items from left to right. You can read prompts from different sides of the device.
