A person can experience changes in terms of their potential and capacity when doing daily activities. There are times when a person’s potential and capacity to work decreases. What is motivation?
Motivation itself can be interpreted as a form of encouragement that arises in a person to do something with a particular goal. An individual can be motivated by a number of ways.
Can come from within oneself, can also come from outside himself. Although the origin of the motivation is different, but both of them can still affect the person’s behavior and work performance.
In a company or organization, an employee might work better than another employee. This is due to the difference in motivation from one employee to another, despite the different initial potential.
