The Big Lebowski, 1998

Titanic, 1997

It’s hard to believe that there can be anyone in the world who hasn’t seen it yet. But, if that’s about you, you must see Titanic for sure! This picture has it all – a major disaster, a fascinating love story, and a true story that lies at the heart of its plot. The only thing worth noting about Titanic is that it won 11 Oscars! So, don’t waste any more time and stream it ASAP if you haven’t seen it yet.

Rocky, 1976

If you are a fan of more dynamic movies that involve sports and fights, this one’s for you. Rocky was written by Sylvester Stallone, who also played the main role. In fact, this is the film that made the actor so famous.

It tells a story of a talented but not very known boxer Rocky Balboa who is on his path to fighting a big-named heavyweight champion. The story is engaging and extremely inspiring. It also won the Oscars as the Best Picture of 1977. So, it’s worth watching at least once.

The Truman Show, 1998

We bet that many of you have seen at least a few pictures from the gothic fantasy and horror genius Tim Burton. It tells the story of two hitmen who are trying to get back a suitcase that was stolen from their mob boss. Of course, they encounter a variety of challenges along the way.

If you are wondering whether it’s really worth watching, all that we have to say is that this movie was numerously called the best film of the century by the top critics’. It won plenty of other awards too. And, though it never got the Oscars, New York Magazine listed it among “The Best Movies That Lost Best Picture at the Oscars” in 2020.
