You can find this rocket launcher on the roof of the house. To find the desired house, walk from Liam O’Neill’s hideout along the northeast road. On the right side there will be a two-story building. There is a wooden shed to the right of it. Shoot the chain, go through and climb to the barn, where on a wooden stick climb to the roof of the house. On the corner of the roof is your reward.

You can get the Corvo mask already in the third chapter. To find her. move to the western part of the map and examine the abandoned train.
