The Callisto Protocol: Walkthrough

Cargo

During the opening cutscene of The Callisto Protocol, Jacob receives his first task: he needs to inspect the condition of the cargo on the ship. Go to the door at the end of the cabin. Once you open the door, you will find yourself in the cargo hold. Go to the left side and go down the stairs. Follow the depths of the hold and jump over some boxes to reach another door. During a short cutscene, Jacob checks the condition of the cargo. Turn to the right side and follow the dark path until you can turn to the right side again to open the door to the storage room. Jump over the obstacles again and reach the door that leads to another room. 

Jacob will notice a fire and realize that the ship has been boarded. Max asks to return to the cockpit. Go through the fire, turn right and duck. The soldiers passing by are harmless. Follow until you stand up, then accelerate by holding Shift. Run to the stairs, where a new cutscene will begin. The soldiers will find Jacob, but he will quickly close the door and open the cargo hold (damaging the ship in the process).

Next, you need to get to the pilot’s seat. Climb up, avoiding the fire. Halfway up, go left or right. Don’t worry, the fire won’t hurt you, and you don’t have any time limits. Once you get to the pilot’s seat, Jacob and Max will try to do everything they can to keep the ship from ending up on Callisto. Watch the final cutscene.

Outbreak of infection

Once incarcerated, Jacob will meet Captain Ferris, who is in charge of security at the prison on Callisto, and Warden Duncan Cole, the founder of the facility and the Callisto Protocol program. Jacob is charged with strange crimes and given an implant. When he wakes up, explore the cell. Approach the bars, then turn around and continue to look around until a purple cube appears next to the bed. Interact with it and the scene will end.

Jacob will wake up for real and see a guard hologram telling everyone to stay calm. Apparently, something is wrong. You can leave the cell and go to the right. Move forward until you reach the very end. There is a ladder on the left. Go down it to meet another survivor. Interact with him. This is a certain Elias, who also wants to leave the prison, so he offers to cooperate. First, you need to get to the control room. Elias will give you a shiv, which will allow you to open some doors.

How to find the control room

Move to the right, climb over the obstacles and interact with the wall box near the closed door. Jacob uses the shiv to cut the wire and open the door on the right. Go through it and continue forward until you find a bridge on the right. On the other side of the bridge is the control room door, and you will have to use the shiv again. When you enter the room, you will be attacked by an escaped prisoner. Learn the basics of the combat system by killing several prisoners. Then you will have to kill the first infected.

To avoid enemy attacks, you need to move left or right. No enemy will attack you twice from the same side. There is only one button/key for a basic melee attack. And in some cases, you will have to complete QTE sequences. QTEs are mainly used in the first battles or some specific situations, scripted scenarios. How to find the watchtower

On your way back, you’ll find the gate you opened earlier is locked again. Elias will tell you to find a watchtower. Turn around and head to the very end. You’ll encounter an infected and learn that you need to stomp on enemies. After killing an enemy, be sure to smash their skull to get a random item – health, ammo, or credits.

Get to the elevator on the right side and activate it. Ride it down one floor. Follow the only path on the right, climb over the obstacles, and at the very end, crouch. You will be attacked by a common infected. Defeat it and go to the wall box with a green light on the left hand side, between the two cameras. These boxes contain healing injections that allow you to restore most of your health. Keep in mind that the healing animation takes a couple of seconds, and enemies can interrupt the process with their attacks, causing you to lose the item.

Go to the very end until you find a malfunctioning robot and an elevator on the left side. Enter it to trigger a cutscene. Against all odds, the elevator will go down. Jacob will find himself in a new area below where he needed to go. Go forward, turn right to the bridge and go left. Go past some cameras, pick up the energy converter from the box to the right of the new room. Then go through the door on the left.

Energy converters are valuable items that can be sold for credits. In the next corridor, there are several side chambers. In the first chamber on the left side lies the loot. At the same time, the loot in The Callisto Protocol drops randomly. If we found credits in this chamber, in your case there may be an energy converter instead, and so on. Therefore, in my walkthrough, I do not mention what exactly and where I found.

Go to the big door and open it to get into the same corridor with cells. Open the big door at the end to meet Elias and find another bridge. Move forward, use the shiv near the next door and search the container in front of the elevator. You are on the left side of the bridge there is a corpse. Do not trample it, otherwise you will be attacked by a parasite. So, you need to crush only those enemies that you defeated yourself.

Ride the elevator up. In the new room, go forward, focusing on the blood stains. During the cutscene, a security bot will appear and kill the prisoners. You need to go through the room, avoiding detection. If the robot detects you, the game will end. Enter the room and use the ventilation on the left side. You can understand where the robot is looking and what it sees by the cone of light it emits. So, just avoid the illuminated area. Crouch and use nearby objects as cover. If it looks in your direction, hold back and wait. As soon as the robot turns away, you can continue moving deeper into the location.

Interact with the boxes near the door opposite. Open two of these boxes to go through the doors and get into the operating room. The robot does not react to noise sounds. When you enter this room, pay attention to the container to the left of the surgical table. Do not open it, because the parasite is hidden inside. Turn left and go up the stairs. There will be a locked door here, but you can open it by installing the fuse you just found. Insert the item to enter the burning room. Watch out for the common infected that will run up to you. Once you’ve dealt with him, go left, open the door and go down the stairs. You’ll find another door. In the new room, you can turn the light on and off. On the right side, there’s a cabinet with loot. Go forward, activate the hologram and use the vent on the left.

Continue moving, jump to the left side and look for a new vent. Move to the other side to enter a room with two regular enemies. When you kill one of them, another one will run up. If the enemies attack at the same time, hide in the vent. Fighting two or more enemies is a difficult task: while you are attacking one, another can hit you. Try to run away from enemy groups and separate them.

How to find a stun baton

Use the vent on the right side of the room and in the next room Jacob will find a stun baton. This will become your default melee weapon. Move to the right side to make an enemy appear. Attack him with the new weapon and quickly finish him off by pushing him onto the spikes. Now go to the right side, crawl under the gate and turn left. At the end of the path you will find a door. Move to the right side to find the next one.

Once you pass through it, you will return to the levels with the cells. There will be a healing injection on your right. Continue forward, fight regular enemies. At first there will be two of them, but after a second pair will appear. Attack them so that they hit the walls or cells to deal bonus damage. After dealing with them, go forward. In the cell on the right hand side is an audio log . Use the stairs on the left side and go across the bridge.

Finally, enter the right room to meet Captain Ferris. Go right and try to open the door to watch a cutscene. Pick up the audio log from the table (Ferris was there) and move to the door you tried to open earlier. The chapter will end soon.

Consequences

Proceed forward through the room to view a hologram of Overseer Cole, the founder of the Callisto facility and program. Continue down the stairs to find Elias.

How to find your first firearm (pistol)

There’s a security robot near the limbless corpse, but don’t worry, it won’t attack you. Go through the door to face a regular enemy. Use the other door in the room and go through the access hall. A short cutscene will play, in which Elias will appear. Before going after Elias, check some lockers on the right for some loot. After talking to Elias, you can print your first firearm at the printer nearby.

In essence, this device is a kind of in-game store where you can buy and upgrade weapons, buy injections and ammunition. Go to the device and interact with it. It will automatically load the blueprints you have, and you will be able to print the BI-55 “Pistol” for 800 credits. Before you do this, check the container on the right. After receiving the weapon, Elias will ask you to follow him deeper into the station to find someone. You will also learn about the tactical targeting system, a feature that places a marker on your enemy after you have dealt enough damage to them. When such a marker appears, take out your pistol and shoot the enemy.

How to commit a stealth assassination

Once you reach the door, you’ll encounter a new enemy. The only difference from the usual ones is that the enemy can take more hits. Once you’re done, go left and take the elevator up. You’ll find yourself in a room with red lighting. Go forward and on the right side you’ll find another infected that you can stealth kill. To perform a stealth kill, crouch and approach the enemy without making any noise. Once you’re behind him, a button will appear on the screen: press it to deliver the killing blow.

Go up the stairs to find a blind enemy: it has no eyes and shoots acid if you are far away. Let it be a spitter. You can’t dodge the spitter like a normal melee attack. Instead, you need to dodge or run to the side. Shoot the spitter in the head to kill it first, then deal with the rest of the enemies. Go to the left side. You need to use the vent to get to the next room. There is a security bot here, but again, it won’t do anything to you. Crouch and kill the enemy in front. Beware of the second one and try to kill both without moving.

After that, examine the gate to the laundry room, which will be locked. To unlock the room, return to the robot you saw earlier and take the implant from the corpse next to it. This is a collectible that you get as part of the story.

Laundry

Open the laundry gate. Go there and go left. Defeat the enemy, then go right to find a new implant and loot. To continue, move left and open the door on the left. An enemy will jump out through the window. Deal with him and go to the medical bay C101.

Medical offices

Enter the new area to find the implant . Continue forward until you find a loot container on the right. Go left and squeeze through a small gap in the half-open door on the left. Jacob will find the GRP, a power glove that will allow him to grab objects and most enemies and throw them. The blue bar under the health bar on Jacob’s neck shows the amount of energy left to use the glove. There’s a fuse by the gate on the left. Grab it and continue forward to a surgical table with red monitors. Watch the hologram.

Turn right and head towards the door. You’ll have to kill a regular enemy before you reach it. Once you’ve dealt with him, be prepared to face a larger enemy and another regular one. The big guy is immune to most of your attacks and the Power Glove. Study his movements and counterattack when it seems safest. Once you’ve dealt with him, break the glass in the cabinet on the left to get some loot. Use the fuse on the door and head into the new room. There’s a crate with an injection on your left. There are several glass cabinets with loot.

Go to the right to get to a room with a printer and four lockers on the left. Do not open the second one on the left, as there is a parasite hiding inside. Return to door C108 and continue moving. Exploring the basement

There’s an implant on the corpse ahead . Elias will tell you about the elevator. Go left and down the stairs to find it. Open the door and watch the cutscene. Elias will offer to restart the power supply system. Go forward and kill the enemy with a very long neck. Press the button shown on the screen to free yourself. Don’t forget to stomp on him to get the loot.

Deal with the normal enemy on the left, then jump onto the platform in the same direction. Watch out for the longneck and continue forward to the storage in basement 04. Kill the normal enemy and the longneck that appears near the fan. Turn right and when you reach the fork, go left first. Fight the normal enemy and pick up the implant from the guard’s corpse. Search the container. You can use the spikes near the enemy. Turn around and go up. There is an injection on the left.

After grabbing the item, turn right and proceed to the next area. There are three enemies here – two regular and one spitter. You can sneak up on at least one regular enemy from behind, use the glove and throw the other enemies into the spikes. There is also an exploding object that you can use to your advantage. Note that once the fight starts, another regular enemy will appear.

When you’re done, look for the lit corpse lying on the floor. Pick up the fuse and open the next door. Continue moving until you find an elevator. When you exit the elevator, you’ll be in the right place.

Go to the left side and open the door. You will meet Elias here. Go down the stairs and use the printer. You can buy ammo or upgrades. As soon as the transport appears, jump in and start it. You can kill the enemies with a gunshot or wait for the transport to stop and fight in close combat.

Once you’re there, you’ll need to restore power to the room. Head to the other end of the room and grab the fuses by the locked door. There’s also an injection panel on the left side. Once you’ve collected all the items, head back and climb up to the top floor using the side platforms. Before you insert the fuses, grab the implant from the corpse lying on the floor.

Activating the devices will start all the mechanisms in the room. A large-scale battle will begin, enemies will attack in waves. Before you can leave this place, you will have to defeat all the opponents. Use the power glove and throw the opponents into the nearest gears. There will not be enough energy for everyone, but you will still be able to kill a few. When you finish the battle, do not forget to search the bodies.

Once you can open the previously locked door (SHU Control D705), deal with another enemy and use the stairs ahead. There’s a printer on the floor above and loot in the opposite room. Once you’ve collected everything, go to the console near the window and interact with it. Turn around and go down the stairs. Go through the door you haven’t used yet.

Enter the elevator and activate it. You will go down to the cameras, where you will have to kill another enemy group. First, finish off the spitter, and then you can kill the rest. When the enemies are finished, interact with the device on the right side. A cutscene will start. There is an audio log on the table . Leave the chambers

An emergency lockdown will be triggered. You must cut the cable in the panel using the shiv. This will eventually open the door and you will be able to climb into the ventilation nearby. Go through the shaft and kill the common infected. Move forward between the pipes. When necessary, crouch. When you get to the large pipe with the sign “Caution” that you need to jump over, stop. There are tallnecks on the right side. Follow the only path and beware of the room with many parasites. When you get close, they will leave their nests. You can shoot the nests, destroying them before the parasites get out of them. However, this is a waste of valuable ammunition. It is better to use a stun baton.

Don’t go too far to the right, as there will be another Tallneck. Continue forward, moving between the pipes, and use the ladder to go down below. A regular enemy will come out of the vent, which you will have to kill. Open the vent on the left using the Power Glove and climb inside. In the new room, kill the new enemy and turn to the right. Proceed with caution, as a security bot is looking for you.

How to defeat a security robot

You need to use the only path, but watch where the robot is looking. From time to time, it will turn towards you, and if you are outside the cover, the enemy will immediately attack you. Do not rush! As soon as you are on the other side, next to the robot, you can destroy it. Aim for the head and shoot several times. Use covers to avoid damage from oncoming attacks.

Don’t forget to crush the robot to get a decoder, which you can sell for 500 credits. Go to the end of the room to encounter a new enemy. Deal with him and use the vent on the right. Continue forward, crawl through the gap between the pipes and you’ll see another vent on the left. Open it with the power glove, then search the blue containers for random loot. Turn around to find a torture device. It activates as you approach, and will move back and forth after a short pause.

Escape from the trap

You need to move along the edges of the room to stay away from the device, which should pass to the left or right of you. However, regular enemies will appear from the vents, and they can be a nuisance. It is recommended to avoid close combat, as you can unexpectedly fall into a trap. The best solution, if you have energy, is to use the power glove and throw the enemies away. Once you deal with the last enemy, wait for the device to pass by and run to the vent at the very end. A cutscene will start, and Elias will tell you to go to the Dome. There are several lockers in this room. Collect the loot, and then use the stairs.

Residential dome

In the new room, go forward and crawl under the pipes. Use the ladder to go down to the next area. There you will find an injection, on the opposite side there is a printer. Go down the ladder and find another one. There are three tanks in front of the water purification gate. Elias’ hologram indicates that you need to follow the red pipe to reach the next objective.

Before doing this, move the large blue box to the upper platform on the right. After that, climb over it and open the container. Move it again, to the tank in the middle. We follow the red pipe

Now let’s move along the red pipe. First, move to where the box was to find a vent. Go through it. When you fall into the dirty water, move forward to find a large device with two columns, moving clockwise. A regular enemy will appear from the water. Deal with it and use the valve at the end of the path to open the way up. Jump to the left and go forward. When necessary, duck.

 

Use the ladder to get the option to go left or right. If you go right, you will encounter a regular enemy. Use the power glove and spikes. Climb the two ladders and find the loot on the left. Return to the fork and go the other way (left). A hologram will activate. Jump over the large crate ahead to loot the container.

Then go down and use the passage to the right of the box. Soon you will enter a room where you need to activate two devices with fuses. The first fuse is in the middle, next to the boxes. Go to the far left corner of the room (the one to the left of the locked door) and activate the device using this fuse. You will be attacked by an enemy – complete the QTE sequence. Move to the locked door, where the spitter will respawn. Dodge the acid. Finish him off and take the second fuse and  the implant from the corpse nearby. Go to the last device, which is in the corner opposite the door. Activate it to unlock the door.

Room with water

Go through the door, crawl under the pipes and follow further until you find the stairs. Follow the water and go up the stairs on the left side. You will find a parasite and nests. There will also be loot here. Go back and use the right stairs. This way you will find a valve that you can turn to open a vent leading to the room with the printer. Go back to the door, being careful of the parasites. Follow the water and this time move through the passage on the left. There will be a box with an injection on the side.

Cleaning room

Crouch and move to the left. Go up the stairs. In the new room, go forward to meet a regular enemy at the very end. Turn right. Another enemy will appear from the vent on the left. Deal with it and turn right. Take a few steps to make a spitter appear. Remember that the best strategy in such cases is to kill the spitter first. Or destroy its head. Do not follow the red pipe, because it leads to a locked door. Instead, turn right, to the door Purification A H206, to find a container and a blue box above the door.

When you turn around, a normal creature, a big guy and a spitter will appear. On the left side there is an explosive object. Grab it and throw it at the enemies. Deal with them all and turn left. Go forward, left and pick up the loot. Get to the stairs and go up. Pick up the fuse, which will allow you to open the locked door. Go down to face two normal enemies. After dealing with them, follow the red pipe to face a spitter. Another enemy will attack you from behind. Open the door and continue forward, through the next door, which is opened with a shiv, until you reach the Water Control H262 room. Activate the device in the water control room

Inside the new room, Elias’ hologram will start up and you’ll learn that you need to find an implant. You’ll need to go through the F263 maintenance door. Before you do, check out the loot scattered around the area. There’s an injection in the box to the left of the aforementioned door. Go through the door and check the first room on the left. Collect the loot and another injection. Turn around and head to the end of the hall, to the door on the right. Here, you’ll find a printer and some lockers with loot. Go between the lockers on the left (which you can open to get loot) and you’ll find a trapped enemy.

Go through the door to enter a room with a dead guard on a chair. On the wall behind him is written “Shoot the tentacles”. Here you will encounter the first mutating enemy. From this point on, almost every enemy during the fight will be able to mutate. The sign of the beginning of this transformation are tentacles coming out of the abdomen. When they appear, you will only have a couple of seconds to shoot them or finish off the enemy. If you allow it, the creature will transform and get a new body, with increased health and damage.

Once you’ve dealt with him, take the implant from the dead guard and open the door on the left. You’ll be back in one of the previous rooms, and you’ll need the water control panel again. Once there, you’ll notice two enemies (one regular, one infected). You can either kill them stealthily or go head-on. Activate the console where the enemy was standing to start the cleaning cycle. While you wait, a new type of enemy will appear. These are the infected, which look like spiders, with lots of arms that they use to move around.

Crawlers are fast enemies that can move on any surface and plane. At the same time, dodging their attacks is a little more difficult than other enemies – the dodging mechanics are the same, but they attack faster – they have less health. At first, you will encounter one crawler, then you will fight against two at the same time. When you are done, activate the panel opposite and use the stairs.

Tunnel with water

You’ll have to use another, longer ladder, but this time to get down. Once you reach the floor, turn around before moving forward and you’ll find the loot. Turn around again and move forward. A cutscene will trigger. Move to the sides, avoiding the spiked pillars and the crawler attacks (the latter requires successfully completing a QTE sequence). Avoid the pillars and spinning propellers. Even one hit on such an obstacle can lead to death. It will end with Jacob grabbing the chain and you’ll have to get back up.

Return to the Dome

When you reach the new area, jump down to the platform ahead, check the locker and the injection box nearby. Go to the door on the left side to get into a dark room. Fight a regular enemy and a guard, finish off two more at the end. Don’t forget that enemies can mutate now. Finish them off quickly. After dealing with them all, go to the right side, to the door Maintenance F815. Move to the main objective via the stairs on the right. If you want, you can explore optional rooms by opening the door ahead.

First, let’s collect the loot. Break the glass of the cabinet opposite and take some items. Go left to find a blue box on the shelf. Go forward and check the lockers on the left. Move the large box and climb into the ventilation that was hidden behind it. In the next room, you will find more lockers. On the opposite side of them, there is a ladder. Use it to find a table with loot. Now you need to return to the main road. To do this, go down the stairs, go to the right and get through the only crack. You will see dirty water. First, head left to find a ladder and some lockers. Go back to the fork and head right. Crouch, move forward, and you’ll find a ladder that leads to a room next to a moving crate. Watch out for the longneck as you climb up. There’s also a container in this room.

Residential dome

Go down the stairs and approach the door of Habitat Dome H600. In the new “open” area, activate the panel on the right. Use the new passage and move forward. There will be a security robot on the right. You can try to destroy it to get a valuable decoder, or just wait for it to leave. If you engage in combat, use the object on the left as cover. This cover can stop all bullets. Go around the slime and nests and use the corridor on the left. Behind the door ahead is an oxygen purification zone.

Oxygen purification room

Watch the hologram with two officers. You need the code for one of them. There is a printer on the right, and loot on the other side of the room. You can also go left or right. The path to the right leads to an implant with a code, and a new weapon module can be found on the left.

How to get the Skunk One-Handed Shotgun

Use the door on the left to enter the Botanical Room. Go through the first section and turn right. There will be a container on your left, and a gap on the other side that you can crawl through. Before you do that, shoot the nest on the left – it contains a parasite. In this room, look for loot, an audio recording , and  a Skunk shotgun schematic . The Skunk is a small shotgun with a small clip size that deals significant damage. You must take the schematic to the printer, then spend 800 credits to craft the weapon.

When you try to get back to the oxygen purification room, you will encounter a regular enemy. Another one will appear in front of the door. You can use the spikes on the left side. Move to the right door. There will be spikes and some fog. Go to the fog (grab the injection from the box) and deal with the regular enemy. Soon a spitter will appear. It is best to wait for the enemies on the stairs located behind you. As soon as they approach, throw them into the spikes on the left using the power glove. If you are lucky, the spitter will not even have time to shoot at you.

As you move forward, fight another simple enemy and turn left. Take the injection from the box and kill the enemy on the left. Continue forward until you encounter a crawler. Use a firearm (if you have ammo) to weaken the enemy, then finish it off with melee attacks. You can go through the vent ahead (the one with the bloody trail, above the box), or explore another optional room to find loot.

Distillation

If you decide to explore the additional room, go to the right side to get to the room with parasite nests. Don’t worry about them, because no one will attack you. You need to get to the control panel behind the windows (break them). Look for loot on the left, and a fuse on the right. When you pick it up, the parasites will come to life. Wait a few seconds, and they will leave the place. Go back where you came from, insert the fuse, and follow through the vent. Soon you will find yourself on the other side of the oxygen purification room, and find the body of a guard with a code. Take his implant , then return to the open area of ​​​​the Dome. Utility room

You need to go along the path on the left – use the signs with the word Utility as a hint. When you get close to the explosive barrel, you will be attacked by crawlers. Deal with them or run straight to the utility room.

Hall 631

Once you’re there, use the door marked 631 to find some loot and  an audio log . On the right side of the room, there are orange lockers with various loot. Proceed forward, jumping over various objects until you encounter a regular enemy, a guard, and a spitter. Once you’ve dealt with them, pick up the audio log lying on a crate. Return to the first part of the utility room and use the stairs on the right.

Go down, go forward, and then turn right, following the rotating device. To your right is a blue box. In the middle of the room with the torture device, find a passage to the right. Crouch and follow further. Move along the only route until you hear Elias’ voice. Climb up and watch a cutscene. You will get a new suit, but Elias will be hurt.

Lost

After the events of the previous chapter, Jacob is forced to find a way out alone. On the other hand, the new suit automatically increases health and inventory slots. Go forward along the only possible path. You will have limited visibility, but the light sources on the right will make it easier to find the right path. At some point, you will see almost nothing. Just keep going forward until you find the silhouette of a stranger on the left.

This is actually a normal enemy and you should deal with it. Once you do, your view will improve and you will see the road. Keep going forward until you reach a cliff where you will see Elias. Go left, go down and move forward as far as you can. You will soon find Elias. Watch the cutscene, Dani will appear. Talk to her. Follow the path and open the gate ahead to find several small buildings. Before going to the building ahead, search the two buildings on the left. There you will find loot and  an audio log .

Outpost

Go back and enter the C2 outpost. Turn right to find a printer. Turn around and follow the main path. Go down the stairs to find frozen enemies. On the right side of the room is an injection. Continue forward and you will soon see two more frozen enemies. On the other side of the room are two enemies that will attack as soon as you pass them. So attack them first.

Keep moving until you get back outside. Beware of the regular enemy and the guard that will rise from the snow. Get to the bridge. Move along the right side, avoiding the crumbling parts. Worker in a trap

Once in a slightly more open area, you will hear the voice of a worker stuck in one of the buildings. Crawlers will start appearing out of nowhere, and when you step on a certain point, a regular enemy will rise from the snow. Use explosive objects in the location to destroy all the creatures as quickly as possible. Soon, the worker will be attacked by monsters. Deal with the enemy and collect the loot. You will find items, a box with an injection and  a worker implant . Now you need to go to the tunnels. Turn around and find an open building on the left side of the location.

Entrance to the tunnels

Move forward and go through the door. Go down the stairs and reach the underground part. Continue moving forward, through narrow passages. Crouch where necessary. You need to go to the right side, then turn left to find a long corridor with a green light. When you reach the right place, you can go left or right. First, go to the left side, collect the loot, move forward and squeeze through the narrow passage. A new type of enemy will appear on your right. These enemies try to crawl towards you and explode. Shoot such enemies from afar. You can destroy the creature with just one bullet.

Proceed further, and when you see a fork with passages forward or to the stairs on the right, choose the latter option. Turn right to find a big guy. There are spikes behind him, so you can try to push him with melee attacks. Climb the stairs to see a strange symbol on the wall. Turn left, destroy the kamikaze and two parasites. Return to the fork with the sign and turn right. Kill another kamikaze and go down the stairs.

There will be a locker here. Continue in this direction to find a wall with a message and an arrow pointing the right way (to the left). Follow it, kill the kamikaze and the parasite. Do not forget that when the kamikaze explodes, not only Jacob can be damaged, but also the surrounding enemies. Follow further, get between the stones and find a normal creature and an explosive barrel on the left. You can approach stealthily or shoot the barrel.

Turn left, go up the stairs and defeat the kamikaze. When you can go left or right, go left and kill two regular enemies. There are spikes on both walls. In this room, look for a container opposite the entrance. Return to the fork and go right. A guard will appear in front of you. Deal with him and go forward until you find an injection on the right and a ladder on the left. Use the ladder to get outside and go to the garage door. Room in the garage

You will enter a room with an airlock. A few seconds later, Jacob will enter the garage. In the room above you, there will be Dani, who will ask you to deal with the monsters nearby. How to find the Rebel shotgun

How to get to the colony

When Jacob wakes up, hanging upside down, he will encounter a blind enemy. After the cutscene, Jacob will be able to free himself. There will be the same enemy ahead. Blind monsters can only detect you when you shoot a gun, run, or are too close to them. Therefore, you need to move slowly. This is the perfect enemy to sneak up behind him and stealth attack. After dealing with the enemies, go to the left and enter a new room. There will be another blind one. On top of the right container is an audio recording . Move forward, until the fork with passages to the left and right. First, go to the right.

At the fork, turn right

Squeeze through the gap between the rocks to find another mole rat. You may have already noticed that there are two more of these enemies hanging on the walls. When you approach them, they will descend to the ground. Whenever this happens, slowly move back, and then the enemy will not even attack you, and you can sneak up on him from behind.

If the mole rat has noticed you, it will make a distinctive sound. You will definitely understand this. Go forward, crouch and find another mole rat. In the next room there will be the same enemy patrolling this place.

Once you’ve cleared the room, check the lockers on the right and the container nearby. Then go up the stairs and through the door. Move forward to return to the fork. Turn left, open the blue box (you can stomp on it without attracting the attention of the enemies) and turn right. There are three moles walking in a circle. Wait for one of them to separate and go to the left. Eliminate it stealthily. When the other two disperse, you can get rid of them too. The Callisto Protocol: Walkthrough

If you go to the right, you will see a platform with the sign “Caution”, which you can jump over and get to the upper floor. In one of the rooms there will be a blue container. How to Find a Tactical Pistol

After clearing the room, find a printer and print out a new weapon. Go left and enter the cave. A mole will appear in front of you, but you can easily deal with it by attacking from behind. Continue forward and go down to where you can see part of the wall with words about light. There will be a spitter on the left, and spikes behind it. Construction site

Here you will encounter several waves of enemies. Use the spikes to throw enemies at them and avoid shooting as this will attract all the enemies at once. On the left side there is a broken wall where an enemy will burst out. Get to the entrance to the Access Junction, which is required by the story to restore power to the area. You can’t get here right now – you need a keycard.

Where to find the key card

Turn right and head towards the transport platform where there are three enemies. Move between the rocks to find a printer. Go through the door on the right and follow the road until you find a large moving platform that leads to the Colony. However, the platform needs power, so take the keycard that is next to the container and the panel near the platform. You can’t open the containers nearby until the power is restored. Return to the Access Junction door and go to the power plant.

How to enter the power plant

When you reach a fork, go first to the right, to a tunnel with a light at the entrance. At the end, there is an implant and a chest. Turn around and go the other way. Deal with the enemies. When you are done, check the left side, where there is a blue container. Kill the enemies and go forward. Turn to the right to encounter four moles. The tactic is always the same: kill them stealthily, one by one.

Continue moving in the only possible direction until you encounter three additional moles. Another one will crawl out from behind a container. After defeating all of them, kill the last one. Three new enemies will appear near the stairs. Before using the stairs, look for loot near the spikes on the wall on the left side. Climb the stairs and go forward. You will get to the power plant.

Power plant

There are some lockers and a printer here. Note that there is a Tallneck standing behind the door on the left side. When you are done, exit here, go up the stairs and continue forward. Go up the stairs and find a destroyed area. Before you go down, examine the blue container on the other side, grab it with your glove. When you go down, kill the Spitter, but do not shoot. Secret Room #2

Before you go into the next room, you can turn around and find a hole in the wall. If you go through it, you’ll find the second and final secret room in the game, which contains an audio log . Back on the main route, grab the blue container in front of you and head into the large room full of red lights. The console you need to activate is on the right, but it’s not functioning. You’ll need to reset the switches first.

How to reset switches

Go through the unlocked door, turn right and go down. Follow the path further and at the very end turn left. You will see the first switch illuminated with orange light. Turn around, one mole will appear. Throw it on the spikes. If you start running, two more enemies will spot you. Continue moving towards the wall with spikes, and look for a ladder on the right. Go down and kill three enemies using stealth or spikes. When you are done, activate the second switch and then turn right. When you see an open gate, go through it.

Here you will find six more moles moving around a large object. It is possible to kill them all stealthily one by one, but do not rush. Since the enemies are too close to each other, there is a chance of detection. Also, do not forget to search the corpses. After clearing the room, go to the other side and turn right. Follow the direction of the “arrow” depicted on the wall. There is a blue container on the right, but the most important thing is the third switch on the left. Return to the transport platform

When you get to the bottom floor, you’ll realize that the door you used earlier is now locked. Follow the orange cable to the left. Head in that direction and fight a couple of mole rats. When you reach a narrower area, one of the mole rats will come at you. Back off and wait for a sneak attack. When you’re out of range and ready to head to the transport platform, a mole rat will appear behind you and raise the alarm. Just run to the gap between the rocks.

Once you reach the platform, you can activate the panel. Now you can open the containers scattered around. As you approach the platform, waves of enemies will start appearing. These infected will mutate immediately, without taking damage. The best strategy to fight them is to move in the direction they are climbing from and use the power glove to knock them down. There will be a few short pauses, and you can recharge your energy and heal. After killing dozens of enemies, you will face the first boss of the game – Two-Headed.

How to defeat the Double-Headed

Compared to most enemies you’ve encountered, the Double-Headed is a slow but powerful opponent. In fact, it will automatically kill you if it can hit you even once. The good news is that you can dodge in the same direction, you don’t have to change positions. You can stick to one direction, and you’ll avoid getting killed. On the other hand, the only way to deal with this monster is to shoot it with a powerful weapon. You can’t use the Power Glove to grab it. Melee attacks don’t work either. Don’t even try to attack it with the Stun Baton. If you do, it will end in automatic death.

Once you’ve dealt enough damage, the monster will kneel. This is your chance – run up and hit it a few times with a melee weapon. After a few hits, you’ll destroy its first head. During the second phase, no matter which head you destroyed, don’t even try to heal. Although the enemy is easy to dodge, he’ll attack you all the time, and you’ll hardly have enough time to use an injection. In the second phase, repeat the same actions, avoiding every hit. Colony

This chapter will start after you reach the entrance to the Colony. After a short conversation with Dani, move forward and take the implant on the left. Where to find the key card

How to get to the Upper Town

Move right, towards the blue light, but this path leads to the enemy. There is no loot, except for the item you get if you stomp on the enemy. Exit here and use the stairs leading to the Upper City. On the top floor, first turn left, towards the restrooms. Enter the first building and in the room with stars on the walls look for a fuse. When you pick it up, you will be attacked by a citizen.

Go to the bathroom with the sound to find a container. Return to the roof, but be careful, as several enemies will appear. You will have to deal with citizens, spitters, big guys and kamikazes. First, deal with the kamikazes and spitters. Once you clear the location, move forward and enter the room on the right – you will find the implant . There is a building nearby with signs at the entrance and a locker inside. Do not open the locker – there is a parasite in it.

Follow the path to the right and kill the spitter. A citizen will appear behind you. When you’re done with them, use the fuse you picked up earlier and open the door ahead. The new room contains a printer, an injector on the right, and  an implant with loot on the left. Use the ladder, go through the gap, and go down below. You’ll find Dani and a cutscene will begin.

How to defeat the Double-Headed (second fight)

This boss fight is exactly the same as the last one, except for two details: a different location (there are some boxes you can use to avoid the enemy) and one townsman will appear in each phase. You already know the rest: do not engage in melee combat with the Double-Headed and do not use the Power Glove. Shoot him with everything you have and hit him with the club when he falls to his knees. After taking enough damage, the boss will tear himself apart and attack you again. Repeat the process.

Once the townsman appears, deal with him without engaging in melee combat. Do not use the baton, as this may result in the boss attacking you. It is best to shoot from a gun or hit with a power glove. After the battle, search the blue containers and follow Dani. You will find yourself near the city where you used the elevator earlier. To get there, continue forward and beware of the big guy who will appear along with two kamikazes behind and a townsman (a little later).

When you return to the stairs to Middle City, another enemy will appear. Defeat him and go up. Go to the room on the right and look for an open door this time. Use it and find Dani. There is a printer here. Follow her until you find a dome.

Dome

Go further and you will see a hologram of Dr. Mahler. You will recognize the laboratory you just entered. Go through the only door on the left, explore this place and turn to the right. Watch a cutscene in which the doctor explains important details of the story. The scene will be interrupted by the appearance of Captain Ferris, ready to fight you.

How to defeat captain ferris

This is a battle of endurance. Ferris attacks with fast combos of three, four or even five hits. When approaching you, he will perform a grab or a kick – this will not cause damage. Do not use melee attacks (unless you have a heavy attack unlocked, which can be used, but its effectiveness is unknown to me), because he will constantly counterattack. Also, you can not use the power glove. Another thing to avoid is healing. Ferris is too fast and makes small pauses between combos. You will not have time to use injections. Keep shooting, picking short moments until the enemy attacks, and otherwise dodging his attacks. Once you’ve dealt enough damage, a cutscene will trigger and you’ll leave the area. Tower

Find a server

Psychiatric dispensary

Go through the door of the mental hospital and check the lockers on the right (there will be a parasite in one of them). Following the corridor, kill the normal enemy next to the bed. Later, a guard will appear. Keep going forward until you meet another normal enemy who will crawl out of the ventilation. Also, two kamikazes will be moving towards you. Having reached the end of the hall, you will encounter a mole, a heavy and a normal enemy. Deal with them and use the stairs on the left. In the next room, you will meet a guard and a normal creature. In addition, a box with an injector hangs on the right, and there is loot near the closed door. Turn left and enter the morgue.

Kill the enemies using the spikes and the power glove. Leave the room and deal with the spitter and the kamikaze. Go to the biohazard storage. A guard will appear from the stairs. Deal with him and pull the blue container with the glove. Use the stairs, continue forward, turn left and fight a normal creature and a guard. When done, use the vent on the right, destroying the lid with the power glove. Go to the right, pick up the fuse from the room on the right and kill the normal enemy. Turn around and use the Psyc Block door, which requires sharpening. Move forward to the M150 door in the access hall and use the fuse you picked up earlier. How to defeat the Double-Headed (last fight)

How to find Overseer Cole

After the cutscene, go to the other side of the room, keep moving forward, turn right and go up the elevator. You will find yourself in a museum. Go through the door, follow the corridor and then get to the second door. Jacob will remember Dani. Turn around, turn left and find a purple cube. Jacob will see a memory.

How to beat Captain Ferris (Final Boss)

This fight has two phases. The first is fairly simple, the same fight as in the Colony mission. Ferris can attack up to six times in a row. Dodge his combos, shoot whenever you can, and avoid healing, using the Power Glove, or using melee weapons. The first action will (most likely) be interrupted, the second will have no effect, and the third will trigger an automatic counterattack that will damage Jacob.

Heavy attacks with the stun baton are possible, but they are a slow way to damage the boss (the damage is too low). You need to rely on firearms! After dealing enough damage, you will see Ferris mutate into a much larger and more monstrous form. This will begin the second phase of the fight. In this phase, the boss will throw projectiles in a horizontal line. You can block them or run to the side depending on where you are standing. The boss will be stationary and will play the same animation before throwing projectiles.

Pay attention to his melee attacks. Although they are slow and the boss will not use combos, you will die from just one missed hit. Depending on the distance to the boss and whether he is going to run or not, you have a chance to use an injection, but act as quickly as possible. In addition to the boss, kamikazes will appear in the room from time to time. Kill them as quickly as possible without using the glove or a melee weapon. If you can detonate them near the boss, you will inflict additional damage to the enemy.

If the kamikaze gets to you, you’ll lose a fair amount of health. As for the boss, aim for the area where the head should be. The head is well protected, but if you keep going, you’ll soon destroy a layer of thick skin. And after that, use up everything you have. If you’re running low on ammo, check out the surroundings. There are some explosive barrels you can use. Also, some kamikazes drop ammo, although there’s an element of randomness to that.
