How to travel to the Isle of Armor and start the DLC? – Requirements

Of course, although this is more than obvious, in order to unlock access to the Isle of Armor you will need to buy the Pokémon Sword or Shield Pokémon expansion pass (remember, the equivalent of the edition you have of these installments). You can buy it in the Nintendo Switch eShop at a price of 29.99 euros .

Once you have the expansion pass, update the game to its latest version and load your game. You will see that you get a message which tells you that you now have the Armor Pass. We can now begin to focus on the requirements to travel to the Isle of Armor. The first thing you will have to do can be done even if you do not have the pass purchased, and it is the following.

Step 1: Visit Pueblo Par

Your first stop is the station of Pueblo Par , the first people there a little to start your adventure in and out of town yard and cross the Route 1 . Inside the station you will find a Galar Slowpoke that you can capture and a character that will be Sófora (in Sword) or Dreo (in Shield).

Step 2: Get to the Wilderness Area for the first time

The other requirement you need to be able to travel to the Isle of Armor is to have reached the large area of the Galar Wilderness Area for the first time . If you’ve just started playing, that takes just an hour and a little bit of play , so it won’t take too long to get there.

Of course, if you are a player who has already passed through that place at some point or directly completed the main story , you can skip this step .

Step 3: Talk to the Par Station Clerk

If you have already made the previous two steps, the last thing left to do is you go back to the station of Pueblo Par and talk to the employee who is in it. You can show this employee your Armor Pass and you will be allowed to use the Corviknight Flying Taxi to visit the Armor Island region.
