- Press Windows + R to open Run.

- Enter the commands given below one after the other to reset the IP address.

SOLUTION 3 – Change DNS to Google DNS
1: Press Windows key + R on your keyboard to open the Run command .
In the Run command search box, type ncpa.cpl and press OK to open the Network Connections window.
2 -Now, right click on the network card (WiFi or Ethernet) with which you are connected to the Internet and choose the properties.

SOLUTION 6: Disable VPN
If you are using a VPN on your PC, try temporarily disabling it and check if the reCAPTCHA of the site where you are having problems has started working again.
If it works, it means it was the VPN that caused the problem.
SOLUTION 7: Scan your PC for malware and reinstall the browser
