In Outriders, a big part of the game revolves around finding a better team. The cooperative shooter offers numerous ways to collect gear. DLPrivateServer shows you a farming method where you don’t even have to fight to collect epic gear.
What kind of method is that? Some of you may already be familiar with the Outriders Free Demo Farm Method. Use the mechanic where you can simply reset any point in the story that you have already played in the menu.
If you select a point, it will reload and all enemies and loot boxes will reload. In the first chapter of the story, you can collect loot without even pulling the trigger on your gun.
In the first chapter you can easily collect loot.
You have to do that for it: Go to the lobby and select the item “Choose story point”. There you have to set the chapter “Rift Town”.
Now you just have to start the story point “Fight the changed man in the tower”. There you will appear right in front of the solar tower where the head of the mission awaits you.
You can easily select any point that you have already played.
Here’s how you now collect loot: Instead of running towards the boss, you can easily collect the loot boxes in the area in front of the boss. There are five in total, but it is much faster if you open all three boxes in and around the solar tower. Depending on your level, you can even get epic loot from these boxes.
In the demo, it was even possible to find legendary weapons there at times. Developer People Can Fly changed that with a patch. So far it is not clear if this is also the case in the full version. But one can assume that.
Where can you find these boxes? We will show you the locations starting from the beginning of the story point.

How to find the box: It appears right in front of the entrance to the tower. There you have to take the second detour to the right. You can see it in more detail in the screenshots:

How to find the box: Instead of entering the tower, you turn around. Face right and head up the slope in front of the solar tower. There, on the edge, you can find the box, here again in the gallery:

How to find the box: From the tower, follow the path that goes down to the left until you reach the first crossroads. There you take the path to the right, which is flooded with water. Here in pictures:
When does the epic loot really start? We got our first epic weapon as a quest reward in Chapter 3. It was at level 15. Epic loot apparently drops as soon as you unlock world rank 10.
Why is the epic loot so good? This is the level before Legendary, making it the second highest in the game. Weapons and armor in these tiers come with two mod slots and have mods from higher tiers.
Without a doubt, there are other ways to get equipment quickly and efficiently. However, the farming method presented here is likely one of the easiest and earliest forms of Outriders. It remains to be seen if the developers will change anything.
