Simple homemade tips for bright white teeth

There is no alternative to smiling. When someone smiles, his beauty is most visible at that moment. But it does not take more than a moment for the beauty to fade if there is a yellow dye on the teeth. Not only the beauty, the teeth are also an indicator of how good your face is overall. So here are some simple homemade tips to quickly remove the yellow color from your teeth.

A mixture of hydrogen peroxide and baking soda

This mixture is widely used to remove all yellowing from the teeth in just a few seconds at home.

How to make:  Brush your teeth with two tablespoons hydrogen peroxide and one tablespoon of baking soda mixed with paste. Wash your face for a minute.

Strawberry paste

Strawberry malic acid can eliminate the stains of tea, coffee or red wine from the teeth.

How to make:  Cut a strawberry. Mix a tablespoon of baking soda in it and make a thick paste. Mix well so that the baking soda is completely melted. Apply the mixture on the teeth with a soft toothbrush. After five minutes, brush with toothpaste. You can also floss if needed. After all, rinse and wash your face.

Coconut oil paste

Coconut oil contains fatty acids. When exposed to redness of the face, this fatty acid is broken down into an enzyme that has the quality of whitening teeth. The fatty acids in the saliva and coconut oil of your face together form an oxygen molecule that gets stuck in the teeth and causes a chemical reaction, so that all stains will become gritty when you brush and wash your face.

How to make:  Mix two tablespoons coconut oil, two tablespoons baking soda and 10 drops peppermint oil (you can skip if desired) in a container. When mixed well, a solid paste-like material will be formed. Coat the teeth with a soft toothbrush, then wait five minutes. Brush with toothpaste at the end and scrub and wash the face.
