And because these effects are not super significant, such drugs are not recommended for everyone .

You can prescribe a probiotic to people who have intestinal problems from the start, or to elderly, weakened patients. But for young and healthy people, this is not necessary, regardless of what antibiotics they take and how long they have been taking them.
