How to play Wolfenstein: Youngblood with a friend who doesn’t have the game

Bethesda explains the Buddy Pass of its Deluxe version.

Finishing off all the Nazis that cross your path is no light task , so having the help of a friend can make the difference between life and death. The Deluxe Edition of Wolfenstein: Youngblood will include the Buddy Pass , or what is the same, the possibility of inviting a friend who has not purchased the game to complete it in company and at no charge for the second player.

Bethesda confirms this on the video game’s FAQ page , where some other issues related to this Deluxe Edition incentive are clarified. The company confirms that you can only play online with one friend at a time , so that in successive games you can enjoy the video game with other colleagues that you want to invite.

In terms of restrictions, Buddy Pass players will progress normally as long as they play it cooperatively with the person who purchased their copy. Not surprisingly, guests will have no option to try the single-player mode , unless they get Wolfenstein: Youngblood. Also, they will not receive any achievements or trophies in the console versions.

Two survivors against Hitler

A few hours before its launch, Bethesda presented the launch trailer for the video game, a video in which we have seen the Blazkowicz daughters with their weapons raised . Between gunshots and blows, more than 26 Nazis are shot down by the bullet storm unleashed by the twins, who not only want to destroy the Reich, but also get their missing father back.

Wolfenstein: Youngblood will go on sale on July 26 on Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch , while the PC version will do so a few hours earlier. The Deluxe Edition will be available at a price of 39.99 euros (10 euros more than the normal one) and will incorporate the aforementioned Buddy Pass and the Cyborg Skin Pack.
