We explain what types of Pals you can use as a mount, along with what requirements you need before you can ride it.
Being able to ride on the back of your favorite Pal in Palworld has a ton of benefits, such as having more control over their attack and defense and, of course, being able to move around the map much faster . However, this feature isn’t available right away as it requires a few steps to get it.
Capture a Pal that can be used as a mount in Palworld
For starters, not all Pals can be used as mounts. Some of the first Pals you can capture and use as mounts will be Rushoar , Direhowl , and Eikthyrdeer . I recommend going with a couple of Elemental Pals though , as trying to capture them all by yourself will likely be a bit of a struggle at first.
Craft a saddle for your Pal at Palworld
To mount your new Pal, you will need to craft a mount for him. To do this, you need to look in the tech section for the specific mount for that Pal. You will need to get some tech points for this, so I recommend going out and using your Pals to fight against others, as this will help you level up and strengthen the Pal you plan to use as a mount.
Once you’ve managed to unlock the saddle, you’ll need to craft it at the Primitive Workbench. Each saddle requires different resources , but luckily you’ll only need to build the saddle once to be able to ride the Pal of your choice, as each one has its own specific saddle.
