What Is Nan; iron-based dairy formula for healthy infants,

Nan is an iron-based dairy formula for healthy infants, from the first days of life to six months of age, when not breastfed. Its proteins have been adapted through a unique process that guarantees optimum efficiency. It contains essential fatty acids (6 and 3), precursors of the docosahexaenoic (dha) and arachidonic (aa) acids essential for the synthesis of brain tissue and optimal visual development; in addition, all the [vitamins] and salts [minerals] considered necessary for the development of the infant, as well as taurine, L-carnitine, nucleotides and selenium.

Composition:

Fats: 100% blend of vegetable fat whose composition of palm olein, low erucic acid canola oil, kernel palm oil and corn oil ensures an adequate supply of linoleic and linolenic acids, both essential for brain development and function. Visual Proteins: Unique mixture (70/30 whey-casein) with a new quality of whey developed by Nestlé R&D for a protein contribution (1.8 g / 100 kcal) that, in quantity and quality, is the closest thing to milk maternal and ensures adequate growth. The addition of nucleotides follows the physiological pattern of breast milk. Carbohydrates: 100% lactose, following the pattern of breast milk, which favors the absorption of calcium and the installation of a bifid flora in the intestine. Minerals: Adapted to the requirements of the infant, decreasing the electrolyte content and the renal load of solutes: 83 mOsm / lt. Its low phosphate content and its Ca / P 2: 1 ratio favor the adequate bone development of the infant.

Features:

With its 70/30 protein rectification whey / casein proteins, they have been adapted through a process that results in a better use of the protein by the infant due to the new amino acid profile and its high lactalbumin content, which: avoids stressing the infant’s immature organs. Decreases the renal load of solutes. Avoid constipation. It reduces the protein residues from which the proteolytic bacteria at intestinal level feed. Advanced nutrient balance: exclusive combination of nutrients that promote the proliferation of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli creating an ideal medium for their survival. 100% lactose. Preferred substrate for the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria. Low content of phosphates. It favors an acidic pH ideal for the growth of bifidobacteria and lactobacilli. Protein quantity and quality. By optimizing the quantity and quality of the protein, the number of proteolytic bacteria decreases and therefore the proportion of bifidobacteria in the infant intestinal flora increases. LC-PUFA’s: Two long-chain polyunsaturated fatty acids with a 1: 1 ratio (DHA / ARA) that, in addition to benefiting the synthesis of nervous tissue and the development of vision, modulate the immune response, thus reducing the risk of developing allergies. It also contains a mixture of vegetable fats that provides an adequate amount of essential fatty acids (omega-3-linolenic acid and omega-6 linoleic acid). Protective immunonutrients: selenium, nucleotides, L-arginine, vitamin A, zinc. Necessary for a normal immune response at the level of the intestine. Vitamins and minerals: it complies with international recommendations (Codex Alimentarius, APP and ESPGHAN), to cover the needs of the healthy child. Osmolarity: 275 mOsm / l. 1 (DHA / ARA) that, in addition to benefiting the synthesis of nervous tissue and the development of vision, modulate the immune response, thus reducing the risk of developing allergies. Osmolarity: 275 mOsm / l. to meet the needs of the healthy child. Osmolarity: 275 mOsm / l. to meet the needs of the healthy child. Osmolarity: 275 mOsm / l.

Indications

Infant feeding, as a supplement to breast milk when it is insufficient or as a replacement for it when it is partially or totally lacking. Breast milk is the best food for the infant.

Preparation

One measurement equals 4.3 g of NAN. To prepare an ounce ready to drink use 30 ml of water , previously boiled and a measure. To prepare one liter, mix 129 g of NAN in 900 ml of water. The measure included in each NAN container contains, rasa, 4.3 g of powder, which must be dissolved in 30 ml (1 ounce) of water; that is, the ratio to follow is one measure per ounce of water. Its caloric intake is 23 kcal / ounce. The amounts per dose appear in the feeding table of the container.
