Why do Muslim women cover their heads?

Why do Muslim women cover their heads?” Regardless of the Muslim non-Muslim, many ask this question. This is truly a test for many Muslim women.

The answer to this question is very simple – Muslim women observe the hijab (covering their head and body), because Allah tells them to do it. How true is that for the real.

The Qur’an is completely clear about its believers’ clothing. Hijab has come to Islam as a new invention. It is a traditional old-fashioned dress, which is not religious. The Qur’an does not say anything for or against it.

The history of the use of the hijab is not from the Islamic point of view. When Muslims refer to the Hijab as Islamic clothing, they disobey the Quran. Because the Qur’an says nothing about it. The hijab or veil was used in the beginning of civilization. It was used early in Roman or Greek civilization. Evidence of this is found in archeological discoveries, poems, paintings and social events. Greek and Roman culture, both women and men, are religiously covered. Therefore, it is customary to borrow from the Jews to cover the heads of women and men. Which is written by the Talmud. Then Christians also accepted it.

Hijab

A prominent rabbi explains to a group of Jewish young women that we have not received any orders about keeping our heads covered but we know this has been happening for years. When the Hadith was written after the Prophet’s death, it was said to cover the heads of women. But it was not even said in the Qur’an when it was a Prophet.

From any Jewish religious book, their religious leaders have asked to keep their heads covered. Jewish women still keep their heads covered in religious ceremonies. And Christians are also covered in religious ceremonies. Therefore, the hijab can be used in Arabic, by Jewish Christians and other religious people, but not in the Qur’an or in Islam.

Now everyone in Saudi Arabia has their heads covered. Because it’s their clothing. Not in any Islamic viewpoint. Many tribal Muslim men in North America use hijabs instead of women. If the hijab is the ideal garment, then the first thing to say is Mother Teresa.

What Allah has provided through His Qur’an is for the true followers. Disobedience to any one of his laws means the end. To understand the use of clothing for Muslim women, it is necessary to understand and see what God has provided in this regard. Only then will the hijab be easy.

Hijab is the Qur’an: Hijab is spoken by many Muslim women who cover the face of the tadar or cover the mouth without the eyes. Sometimes it even covers one eye. The Arabic word hijab means a veil or veil. Other hijab means other than screen, cover, share, split, etc.

The word hijab is used in the Qur’an 3 times out of which 3 times as a hijab and 2 times as a hijab. 1: 1: 1: 1: 1: 12,3: 6,2: 5,1: 1: 1: 1 The word hijab is used as a recommendation, but some Muslim women consider it as a standard garment. It is used in the name of Mohammed (s) but it is used as a saffron. Did not make the specified clothing. Allah used the word Hijab just as the Hadith used. The Qur’an does not say anything about hijab Muslim women’s standard clothing.

Many use the word khimara as a synonym for hijab, but khima is an Arabic word meaning lid, veil. So there are some clothes and clothes of Dhaka. In Arabic, the word khamra is used as Khmer. . The two words of Kima Okhama mean the screen. A window, a body, a table covering the screen is another khumra which is a screen of the mind, but most translators translate it as a screen covering the head or body, inspired by the hadith.

In verse 20: 1, the first provision of clothing is also there (9:26). But some Muslims think that the word kimorihinna is used instead of hijab (head covering) in Surah 2 verse 9 but they forget that Allah has used the word hijab a few times. This implies that the word khimah is used in other ways not as a hijab or veil.

There are basically three provisions in the Quran about women’s clothing. Somehow, not only the hijab is prescribed, but all the believers have been told about their submission.
Three provisions regarding women’s clothing:

First provision:

Best Dress: “Listen, baby! I have sent for you lemons. So that your secret parts may be covered, and so on. And the goodness of fasting is good. ” This means the verses of Allah. So that they may receive admonition. This is the first provision regarding the clothing of women in the Qur’an as it is the main provision for all people.

Second provision:

Covert organs: The second provision is seen in verse 26/5. This verse says

“And tell the believers who you are: to lower their eyes and guard their secret organs. And they should not display their decoration, except as much as it is public. And they will use their necks in the neck, and they will not reveal their decoration at all. However, whether in front of her husband, father, or her husband’s father, her own children, her husband’s children, her brother, nephew or niece or close daughters, or plaintiff maids or employees who are not at all interested in the special work of men. Or the little boy who still knows nothing about the girls’ physical mysteries. Other than that, they will step foot so that their secret ornaments can be estimated. Repent in the court of Allah. All together, you believers should be able to be saved. “

God has told women to use the veil on 20/9. Here Allah commands women to cover their secret organs and to cover their breasts and their clothing. Allah never told women to cover their heads or their hair. The Arabic word gaib (24/7) is used in the verse meaning book. But the Arabic word for the head or the hair has no verse. Therefore, the verse clearly states that the book is said to be covered. But some religious leaders and translators have interpreted the meaning as covering their heads or hair. In the last verse of verse 26, it is said that they will walk as if their bodies were covered by a veil. Here the body is said to be covered in clothing.

Again, in this verse, the word jinatahuna refers to any part or beauty of the body of women. But the translator interpreted it as artificial ornaments. Allah says here that they should cover their genitals while walking. But the head was not asked to be covered in hair at the time.

In total, they will not expose any part of the body without need. That is, Allah has given freedom to decide his own intellect. And this power has been given to every woman who obeys the laws of God, they themselves can decide when they need to do what.

No one should obey the command other than Allah. Likewise in the case of hijabs, women who wear hijabs will have the virtue of social customs or personal clothing, and there is no reason to think that those who do not read will sin.

Third Provision:

The third provision is said in verse 5 of the Qur’an. This verse specifically states that the Prophet and the believing wife –

“O Prophet! Listen: You tell your wives, daughters, and wives of the believers to keep themselves covered, but no one can repel them. Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. “

5/1 It is understood that Allah has provided the dress of Muslim women since the time of the Prophet. Although the verse is intended for the Prophet, it has been applicable since his time. Through it the teachings of Islam and the teachings of Allah are obtained. Here Allah has made it clear to the Prophet’s wives, daughters, and the wives of the believers that they should be dressed and not to be too small or large. They should cover them up to their ankles.

THEN IT IS CLEAR THAT THE QUR’AN HAS THE PROVISIONS FOR THE DRESS OF MUSLIMS AND IT IS VERY SIMPLE AND HUMBLE. . BUT THE HIJAB WAS NOT SPECIFICALLY STATED.

People of different countries wear different clothing to fit the natural, cultural and traditional systems of different countries. Women in America Can’t Wear Saudi Arabian Women, and London women can’t wear clothing in the desert. Therefore, the clothes of a Muslim country cannot be compulsory clothing for all Muslim women.

Indonesian Hijab

Hijab is a traditional garment from different countries of the world. It has nothing to do with Muslims or Islam. Girls are boys everywhere after hijab anywhere in the world. So there are three main provisions in the Qur’an

১. The legacy of the righteous is the best

  1. When wearing clothing, cover the chest

৩. Keep yourself covered, given that a woman has been given the freedom to wear any kind of clothing according to her circumstances and society.

Attaching something new to this key provision means taking initiative to amend the law of God. But people can’t do it. Therefore, it is not acceptable to give any new policy or law on women’s clothing.
