- 200 g of shelled hazelnuts
- 200 ml of milk or other vegetable drink
- 180 g of extra virgin olive oil or 100 g of butter
- 100 g of brown sugar or 50 g of honey
- 3-4 tablespoons of good quality bitter cocoa
- 1 pinch of vanilla in crushed seeds or vanilla essence
- 1 pinch of sea salt
preparation:
- Put the hazelnuts in the oven preheated to170ºC to toast them for about 15 minutes. Then peel them carefully not to burn yourself and chop them.
- Place all the ingredients in a pot and cook them very well in a double boiler over low heat,stirring without stopping and without letting it come to a boil until the cream thickens.
- Pour the hazelnut cream into airtight, sterilized, clean and dry jarsthat you can keep in a dark, cool and dry place or in the refrigerator.
- Once you open the jar to use the homemade Nutella, the rest must be kept in the refrigerator very well closed.

- 100 g of roasted and peeled hazelnuts
- 150g sugar
- 100 g of dark chocolate for desserts
- 100 g white chocolate
- 100 g of milk chocolate
- 200 g of whole milk (one glass)
- 150 g of extra virgin olive oil
Elaboration:
- First, crush the hazelnutsand sugar in the Thermomix at speed 10 until they are very fine, about 15 seconds more or less. Then add the different types of chocolate to the Thermomix glass and crush for 20 seconds at speed 9.
- Next, add the milk and the oil and program 7 minutes at 50º of temperatureand on speed 4.
- Lastly, put the mixture in airtight containers and let it cool before storing in the fridge to thicken it.
