Ingredients (4 people)
- 600 ml of tomato juice
- 4 c / p of lemon juice
- 8 strokes of Perrin’s sauce
- 12 drops of Tabasco
- a pinch of salt
- a pinch of freshly ground black pepper (or 5 peppers)
- a pinch of celery salt (or ground celery seeds)
- c / n ice
- 4 sprigs of celery.
Elaboration
If you have a cocktail mixer glass it will be ideal to prepare the Bloody Mary, otherwise you can use any glass jar with a tight lid or a tall glass that you can in which you can stir comfortably.
You can prepare one or several glasses at a time, depending on the conditions, if you are going to make only one Bloody Mary, proportionally reduce all the ingredients indicated for four people.
