The social network Facebook has almost 3,000 million users worldwide , according to the data officially communicated by the company in the latest quarterly publication of results. However, its growth is not equally distributed across all regions of the planet.
Facebook has 32 million monthly active users in Spain
While North America and Europe are territories in which the social network seems to have reached its growth niche, the platform continues to add users in other continents, such as Africa or Latin America. It is in these regions that it bases its growth and with which it manages to continue presenting positive results at the end of each quarter.
As for Latin America, the use of Facebook is also unequal among the different countries that make up the region. Although the use of the social network continues to register growth in most of the nations, in some the penetration and the number of users in proportion to the country’s population is much higher than in others.
