Pestilence
How to get it : To start the quest, you must visit Melihar in Mrohoed on the Q&A story quest and agree to help.
Talk to Matei and learn about the disease. Go to Melihar, whose house will be marked on the map after talking with Matei, and the task will begin. First you need to learn more about the disease. Be sure to talk about the pestilence with Matei, then walk down the street from the stable to the right and turn into the courtyard on the right. The houses where the sick are, Melikhar marked with crosses made of white lime – applied directly to the doors. Behind the stable is the house of Bedrishka and her late husband. Talk to the widow and she will ask you to dig a grave.

I hope you have the shovel with you – go to the backyard of this house and dig a hole under a tree in a place that already looks like a grave. Bring the dead man here and bury him. After that, talk to Bedrishka about the disease.
A place for a grave
That’s not all. Drop by Soloma and find out that his wife is ill. She is in one of the locked rooms opposite the living room with the stove where Straw is sitting. Be sure to inspect your wife for the assignment to be counted. You may have to visit Danek, who lives on the outskirts of the village on the left. Pretend to be his brother. You may also need to inspect Chenek – read his location in the “The Last Will and Testament” quest.
Head to the monastery at Sazava and chat with Yohanka. She will direct you to Brother Nicodemus. Talk to him. Tell them that the animals died and that you can read. He will inform you that it is necessary to read the book and make the correct diagnosis. The book is on a stand opposite Nicodemus. Study it. Signs of the plague that gripped the Mrhoeda are as follows – first, all the animals died, then people fell ill. It is accompanied by fever (fever), weakness, diarrhea, and vomiting. No rashes, etc.
There are several diseases in the book, but some of them are not suitable due to the fact that animals do not get sick with it, others indicate a rash or unrestrained dancing. As a result, it turns out that the most suitable option is water poisoning. Air poisoning, for example, gives rise to a rash, and dysentery is not accompanied by vomiting and animals do not get sick with it.
Agree to prepare a potion or let Brother Nicodemus do it (then you have to wait a day). When the diagnosis is correctly indicated (water poisoning), the Mroheda drug requires one handful of coal, one handful of valerian, and two handfuls of thistle. First fill with water and toss in two handfuls of thistle. Boil two turns, then add valerian and simmer another turn. Wait for the water in the pot to cool down, then throw the coal and pour the potion into the flask on the left.
Download to Merhoedy and talk to Brother Nicodemus, marked with a marker. You will have four servings of the medicine. Give them to Danek on the western outskirts of the village, Cenek – on the eastern, Berdyshka, whose husband you buried earlier, and the robber. To get to the latter, chat with Melihar and tell him that you helped the village. Go to the robber and give the medicine. But that’s not all. For some reason, you need to interact with Straw’s wife, who is being examined by Brother Nicodemus. You will give her the last drug – the objectives of the task will be updated and an inscription will appear stating that you need to wait for the situation to clear up (when the medicine will work if you correctly diagnosed the disease).
You will need to wait about three to four hours for the targets to be refreshed and the medicine to work. Return to the robber and find out the information. When Straw breaks in, decide what to do. You can persuade him not to kill the robber by stating that he should not become an assassin. This will allow you to automatically travel to Ratai and put the rogue in a dungeon.
You will also need to return to Mrhoedy in two or three days and talk to Melikhar. If you have established the correct diagnosis and awarded everyone with medicine (for water poisoning), then Melihar will thank Indro and offer a reward. You will be given 125 pennies, so decide for yourself whether you want to leave it to the villagers or take it for yourself.
Last will and testament
How to get it : The house on the far right in Mrojedi is an old barn. Opposite him is Chenek’s house – he is sick with pestilence. Talk to him and agree to deliver the will to Father Fabian. This will begin the current side mission.

Just visit Sazava and talk to Father Fabian at the local church. Give him your will and ask about Eliash, Chenek’s son. Father will say that he very often visits the tavern on the square (in the morning I did not find him). After that, the quest will be completed. You can additionally talk with Chenek and get an additional reward from him.
