Hunting missions are the most direct way to do it
How do you get the hat? Unfortunately, there is no way the hat is targeted and guaranteed. Like all other legendary items, the hat is one of the game’s random rewards or loot.
There are at least a few ways that you are guaranteed to get Legendarys and that you can increase your chances of getting the hat. These include, for example, hunting missions.
What are hunting missions? Over the course of the story, you can accept 10 missions that will send you on the hunt for certain creatures. If you complete all 10, you will receive a legendary armor.
That’s why hunting missions are the most straightforward way: You can’t get all the legendary items there, but that’s really useful in that case. This means that the hat is part of the restricted loot pool, which in turn increases the chances of obtaining it. So if you want the hat, you have to play all 10 missions over and over again.
That means time, but at world rank 15 and with the proper equipment, a round should take around 45 minutes.
