EATING ICE CREAM IS GOOD –

  • It replaces a lunch. Thanks to its significant vitamins and carbohydrates, ice cream is an excellent substitute for an entire lunch. This is why it is often indicated in slimming diets.
  • It is easily digested. If the ingredients are of good quality, the ice cream is very easy to digest. And this thanks to the carbohydrates it contains (first of all lactose and sucrose), to which must be added lipids, proteins, vitamins and minerals.
  • Also good as a snack. Another possibility, always in order not to gain weight thanks to ice cream, is to eat it as a snack . Remembering that our body apart from breakfast, lunch and dinner, needs two ideas a day: one in the morning and one in the afternoon .
  • Improve mood. Various scientific research shows that ice cream, among other things, improves mood. And it reduces tension and stress . So also use it as an antidepressant.
  • A natural product. It is an absolutely food based on natural products, starting from seasonal fruit. And you can also do it at home, alone.
