You can download the app for your Mac here . It’s a .dmg file and you just have to install it. After doing so, it is important to restart the Mac.
How is it used? It’s as easy as turning the camera off and inserting a memory card into the card slot. Then put the movie mode. Check that the camera is off and connect it to the Mac via USB.
Now turn on the camera, you will see that it gives you a message to identify the device (if it does not appear, in the menu choose Auto in USB Mode). If you see that it doesn’t work, make sure it has enough battery. Then choose camera and video and press OK to confirm.
To test, simply start a video conference with a third party and choose OM-D Webcam Beta from the list of devices.
