How to Use Baking Soda for Beauty OF Skin And Hairs

Surely you already know or have used baking soda for various functions.But did you know that baking soda can also be used to treat skin and hair?.It should be used with care.Using it, incorrectly can cause damage to the skin and hair. Baking soda is an alkaline and potentially irritating product, which can cause itching, redness and other skin damage. However, if used correctly, you will have benefits.

How to Use Baking Soda for Beauty OF Skin And Hairs

By using baking soda in combination with acidic ingredients such as buttermilk, molasses, cocoa or yogurt, it releases carbon dioxide that causes the dough to increase. It is also a good household absorbent and odor absorber.

Skin Moisturizer

Do you know the skin on your knees or elbows? It seems almost impossible to keep these regions hydrated and only potent products can handle the message. However, bicarbonate has the ability to moisturize and soften the skin when added to moisturizing creams.

How to use :

Separate the amount of moisturizer to be used in the body and add a coffee spoon of baking soda, or one part baking soda to three parts of moisturizing cream. Add 5 drops of vegetable oil of your choice. Mix well. Pass through the skin and massage gently in a circular motion until the cream is completely absorbed.
