HOW TO UPLOAD A VIDEO ON TWITTER

  1. Click on the “feather” icon you use to post a new tweet.
  2. At the bottom right – as in the screenshot below – click on the blue camera icon.
  3. When the function is activated for all users, next to the central icon – which you have used until now to take photos – you will find a red one on the side dedicated to video shooting, as shown in the image:
  4. Press and hold the record button – directly from Twitter’s mobile camera – to capture what’s going on around you / the subject of your interest. You can also make multiple clips which you will merge into one video.
  5. The total length of your video should be 30 seconds.
  6. Before publishing the video, in addition to being able to review it, you can also edit it, for example by joining the individual clips recorded.
  7. Once all the changes are complete, you can share your video online!

PLEASE NOTE: Users of the Twitter app for iPhone will also have the ability to upload videos directly from their camera roll (a feature that will soon be available on the Android app as well). The videos can then be shot and uploaded at a later time.
