How to upgrade weapons and armor in Outriders
Similar to changing a team’s rarity, upgrading your team in Outriders is done by talking to Dr. Zahedi and taking advantage of his services.
It will appear in your camp after completing the main save mission. If you haven’t reached this point in the game yet, focus on moving the story forward until you do.
Once you get to this point, he will have a store where you can interact with him. It will be indicated by an X crossed wrench and screwdriver icon.
