While this is an optional character, you will encounter Eri during the natural progression of the story. The intro will take place in chapter five , during a cutscene in which the girl asks you for help to manage her family business . In particular, the minigame in question is accessible through the Ichiban Confections store , south of the Bar District. To unlock Eri you will have to continue beyond the initial tutorial by increasing the rank of your business. Specifically, you need to get your company in the top 100 ranking. This means that you will have to devote yourself to business management for some time.

How to reach rank 100
To quickly unlock Eri you will have to follow the following steps:
- Invest the company money in Ichiban Confections avoiding, at least initially, acquiring new properties.
- Hire the best possible staff (in this regard you can perform secondary missions that will allow you to get better employees);
- Check the status of the employees and, if necessary, give them bonuses (eg salary increase). In this way each worker will make more;
- Bring your best employees with you to shareholder meetings so that you can answer questions. Play the minigame in color which will work as ” rock, paper, scissors” (red beats verse, true blue and blue red).
Perform these steps several times by concluding the different cycles (each cycle ends with the shareholders’ meeting) and you will see that you will be able to reach rank 100 in no time at all. This done you will need to go to the Survive Bar and talk to Eri. Congratulations, you have added Eri Kamataka to your roster!
