Learn how to unlock all Enclave content in Fallout 4’s next-gen update with these tips and strategies. Discover hidden secrets and rewards as you delve into the world of the Enclave.
In this Fallout 4 guide, we tell you how to get the Enclave weapons and armor , one of the new features of the next-gen update, in all versions of the Bethesda game.
The Enclave faction does not appear in Fallout 4 , but the new update introduces soldiers sympathetic to the former United States Government as part of a new main quest.
It’s Echoes of the Past , made up of small missions that will introduce us to the return of the Enclave, which plans to dominate the Commonwealth with its high technology.
First, we will have to meet them again as part of a mysterious radio signal (captured by our PipBoy), which will take us to an abandoned caravan near the Saugus Steel Mill .
There, we will face two tough enemies (make sure you are at a good level), and we will discover that the Enclave has a hidden headquarters in the Shining Sea .
As you can imagine, the mission will take us there, and we will have to thwart the Enclave’s plans in true Fallout 3 style.
Along the way, you’ll gain not only experience, but also a host of Enclave-specific weapons and armor , making their debut in Fallout 4.
Below, we leave you with all the news and how to obtain each of them :
- Hellfire Mk. VI Armor – This can be obtained in two ways. One, by looting the corpse of the Enclave soldier wearing it (by defeating him), or by progressing through the Pyromaniac subquest as part of Echoes of the Past.
- X-02 Power Armor – Almost all Enclave soldiers at Headquarters (in the Shining Sea) are wearing this, so you’ll be able to loot it without any problems.
- Colonel’s Uniform – This is an exclusive outfit worn by the Colonel, found in the command room of the Enclave HQ. Kill it and you can loot it.
- Tesla Cannon – This is a unique weapon for the Enclave. It is carried by the soldier on the roof of the Headquarters, so you will need to kill him to get this weapon.
- Heavy Napalm Thrower – In the first part of the quest Echoes of the Past , you can get a key (near Saugus Steel) to open a toolbox, which is sealed for lockpicking experts.
With these new features, you’ll be able to show off the Enclave’s “colors” throughout the Commonwealth, and reminisce about old times in the Capital Wasteland in Fallout 3. Of course, remember that this is one of the exclusive new features of the next-gen update for Fallout 4 .
