The procedure to switch to iliad online is very simple and consists of 6 steps.

1) Iliad telephone number

As soon as you arrive on the iliad site look for the offer you want to subscribe and then click on the ” REGISTER ” button .

This will start the registration and migration procedure from your current operator to iliad if you opt for a migration or registration and subscription of a new sim if you opt for a new number.

To make the migration choice, set ” Yes ” to the question ” Do you want to keep your current number?” , otherwise set “No” to subscribe a new sim with a new number.

In the case of migration, enter the data of your phone number and the serial number of the SIM ( ICCID ) which for iP hone is visible from:

Settings> General> Info

2) Data of the line on iliad

Once you have entered the data of the telephone number you will have to enter your personal data that will be associated with your telephone line

At the end, check that they are correct and then click on ” CONFIRM YOUR PERSONAL DATA ”

3) Iliad payment method

In the third step you will have to choose the preferred payment method to pay the monthly fee of your sim, you can choose between:

✔️ credit card

If you opt for this payment method, you will need to enter your credit card details and you will be charged the cost of the chosen offer on a monthly basis .

✔️Sepa charge on current account

If you opt for this payment method you will have to enter your current account details (IBAN and BIC) and you will be charged monthly for the chosen offer.

✔️ Manual payment

If you opt for this payment method you will have to remember to make the payment every month to prevent the sim from being deactivated.

At the end click on ” CONFIRM THE PAYMENT METHOD ”

4) Iliad shipping

Once the procedure relating to the payment method has been completed, you will have to select the shipping method of the sim and its identification .

You can choose between identification by courier or identification online

I recommend that you carry out the online identification , it is a simple and fast procedure.

Remember that if you have requested number portability , this will take place two days after receiving and activating the SIM.

To confirm the portability request  you will be sent a text message with a confirmation code to the number you wish to bring to iliad, you will need to enter the code in the request form

At this point you will have to record a short video in which you will have to say “I am … .. and I want to switch to iliad”, you can do it directly from the web platform by clicking on ” Register ”

Once the video has been recorded, you will need to upload your document (front and back) using the ” Upload ” button

At the end, if everything has been done correctly, you will have two green check marks on the icons

5) Order summary

You have arrived at the end , now you will only have to verify your order and check that all the data entered are correct

If the details are correct click on ” CONFIRM MY ORDER ”

6) Confirm order

Now you will have to confirm the payment for the chosen offer by clicking on ” CONFIRM PAYMENT ”

If the payment is successful you will have finished the registration procedure and you will be a new iliad customer , this is the welcome screen .

Access to the iliad dashboard

After the procedure you will be sent an email with user and password to access the Iliad dashboard . My advice is to log in and change the password that was sent to you.

To access your dashboard just click on the ” PERSONAL AREA ” link at the top right, you can also check the status of your sim by checking the icons:
