How to Send Files Via Gmail on Android and iPhone

The first step you have to do is open the Gmail application on your Android or iPhone.

Then tap the Compose button at the bottom right of the Gmail app. Next enter the email address of the destination, give the email a title and type in the contents of the email .

After everything is filled in, tap the button with the spiral logo at the top of the Gmail application then select the Attach file menu .

The file can be in any format, from docx , pdf , png, jpeg, mp4, 3gp, or others.

After the file is selected, the file will appear in the Gmail application, precisely under the email body .

Please check again whether everything is correct or not starting from the destination email address, email title to the email content .

If everything is correct, tap the Send button in the top right corner of the Gmail app.

The email will then be sent along with the attachment, which is the file you selected earlier.

Then your friends, teachers, lecturers, co-workers, or bosses who receive the email can download the file you sent so they can see it.

Keep in mind that for Gmail, there is a limit on the size of files that can be sent, namely for one file the maximum size is 25MB.

If the file you want to send is larger than 25MB, then you can use Google Drive.

You have to upload the file to Google Drive first, then just send it to your teacher or boss.
