In the first hours of the game, you will be forced to start with absolutely nothing on you, and you will have to create your own team by collecting resources manually and slowly progressing through the leveling tree. Your durability counters for each piece of gear can be viewed through the menu, and you can also view the durability meter for your currently equipped weapon in the lower left corner of the screen. Once a weapon is broken, it will automatically switch to the next weapon you have in your inventory.

To do this, you will need souls. Once in the village, head to the east side of the camp where the war chest is located and interact with the repair table. From there, you can select the equipment you want to repair and then press the X or A button to repair it with Souls.
The lower the durability meter, the more souls it will cost to repair. We recommend that you prioritize repairing your gear each time you return to the village before spending souls on other upgrades or the Seed of Yggdrasil.
