Therefore, start the official Instagram app on your device, log in to your account (if necessary), press the Edit profile button at the top right (immediately below the section where you are shown the data regarding the number of followers and of followed users), tap on the Contact Options item and press your phone number ( + 39xxxxxxxxxx ).

Connect, therefore, to the Instagram login page using your favorite browser , log in to your account , press on your profile icon located at the top right and click on the Profile item , to go to it.
Now, click on the Edit Profile button and delete your phone number ( + 39xxxxxxxxxx ) located in the Phone Number text field . Finally, to conclude, press the Send button located at the bottom.
Again, do not forget that you have registered on Instagram with your phone number , to remove this data from the private information of your account, you must first enter a valid email address in the appropriate text field, confirm it by clicking on the link you will receive and, therefore, remove the phone number from your account, following the instructions I have just given you.
