The latest set of ‘The Spire’ missions just released in Fortnite, and the first one that players will need to complete is ‘Play the arrow message at a guard post’. As you read this, you might think that you need to find or have already collected an audio file, but it is actually much simpler than that.
How to read Speyer’s message on Guardian Outpost
There are six Guardian Outposts on the Fortnite Battle Royale island, shown on the map below.
Just head over to one of those Guardian Outposts and head all the way to the top. They look like miniature versions of the place called The Spire.
Once you get to the top, you should see the outline of a machine. Interact with the machine and Spire’s message will play briefly.
The message appears to be just a lot of beeps and hisses, before a strange growl is heard at the end. If we had to guess, we’d say this is starting to set up the Fortnite Season 6 event.
Note that there is an Arrow Guardian at each of these outposts, so make sure you are prepared to take part in a firefight, or just try to avoid it.
