Search by size
The most sensible thing to do would be to start with the heaviest conversations, but Google does not offer at a glance any indication of how much each email or thread can weigh in Gmail. Instead we can do a quick search.
In the search bar, instead of putting a name or keyword, search by sizes. You should write something similar without the quotes ” size: 25MB “. You will see in the results they take you to the emails with more files and documents, which is what occupies the most in the cloud.
If any of those emails are important but you don’t need the files anymore, you can forward the text to yourself without the files and then delete the original email. This way you don’t lose the conversation but you lighten the load. Remember to clean the Gmail trash afterwards to permanently free up the space.

Remove advertising

Doing a search with the keywords that these emails use allows us to delete a large group in one fell swoop.
