Bloodhound’s design began with the original Titanfall, although he was not a tracker back then. If you want to add value to your team, you will have to share information with your teammates in a timely manner. This is due to the Legend’s abilities, which is to look for signs of other players’ appearance and attack first. The Brutal Hunter paints the screen gray, highlights enemies and their tracks, so you know exactly where to look for your opponent.
The main purpose: searching for opponents and eliminating situations when your squad can get ambushed while exploring a new building or object (read the description of the “Eye of the Allfather” skill).
Unfortunately, you won’t be able to benefit from this character if you don’t play in a squad with voice chat. This is the only way to share everything that you see when using the ultimate.
Benefits of the Pathfinder passive skill
Thanks to this skill, icons appear on your interface indicating the presence of an enemy spotted nearby. Even more useful, these icons will be visible to your teammates , which will allow you to get closer to the enemy or, on the contrary, stay away from him. The most important thing is that you can do this together, with the whole squad.
Play several matches for Bloodhound to feel the advantage of this passive, after which you simply cannot play for another Legend. You will miss these markers.
Since this is a passive skill, we cannot provide advice on how to use it. Just keep a close eye on all the interface elements and be prepared to detect targets at different distances. It is also noteworthy that when examining the trail, you can find out how long ago the enemy left it.
Using the “Eye of the Allfather” skill
Cooldown : 35 seconds.
When you activate the tactical skill Bloodhound, you will see the magnetic pulse of the radar, which comes from the character in different directions. Thanks to this, all nearby enemies located in the radius of the skill are highlighted. Moreover, all targets that are in the range of the skill will not be protected by walls and other objects (they will be visible through them) . This way, no one will be safe.
As with the passive skill, all the icons that the Eye of the Allfather adds will be visible to the rest of your squad, giving you a huge advantage if the perk is activated in time.
However, you must be careful. Don’t use this skill just because the cooldown time has passed. It is best to reserve it for those situations when you need to gain a tactical advantage over the enemy or find an escaped opponent.
An example from the cases that you will often encounter in the game. Activate the skill before entering any building . You will be able to understand if someone is hiding inside it, and if there are any, then determine in which part of the object. Due to this, it will be possible to plan your further actions. Especially if you are playing in a team with voice chat.
We advise you to activate the perk in cases where you see fresh footprints, an open door of a building, or hear the stamping of feet, but do not understand where the sound comes from .
Using the Ultimate “Brutal Hunter”
Bloodhound’s Special Skill is a very powerful skill that not only speeds up the Legend, but also reveals the footprints left on the ground by your opponents. You can catch literally any opponent by surprise. The ultimate lasts 35 seconds , so you have more than enough time to get the most out of it.
Given the long runtime of the skill, you get a number of useful options. First, you can use the skill to very quickly get to the enemy and deal damage, then dodge and attack from the other side. Second, you can take a breather or avoid open confrontation altogether.
When activating the skill, it is worth interacting with your squadmates so that they also benefit from what you see. Put pressure on the enemy team, distract enemies while your friends sneak up behind them.
Despite the fact that the interface changes significantly when the ultimate is activated, remember that you are still vulnerable to any damage . Yes, you move faster, it is more difficult to aim at you, but if the enemy hits, then you will receive the same damage as before.
Ideally, this skill is best combined with the Eye of the Allfather, especially in the later stages of the game , when you find yourself in a restricted area. Be sure to scan the tracks. Fighting alone against a squad of three is dangerous, but if you find a fresh trail of a lonely enemy, why not rush in pursuit ?!
