How to make Nutella cheesecake without an oven

Version 1: Nutella Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 125 g oatmeal cookies
  • 35g butter
  • 300 g Nutella
  • 350 g cream cheese
  • 30 g icing sugar
  • 50 g of peeled hazelnuts
  • 2 pinches of salt

Steps to follow:

  1. We start by preparing the base. To do this, put 30 g of Nutella with the 125 g of crushed cookies(the digestive type oatmeal works very well) and the butter in the blender glass.
  2. Make a compact dough with these three ingredients, crushing everything well, as the success of the base will depend on this process. When it is ready, spread the dough by pressing it well into a round mold of 18 cm removable.
  3. Next, put the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. The cream cheese together with the 270 g of Nutellawill create a very smooth mixture with an irresistible texture and color. To make them blend better, you can apply a little heat.
  4. Add the icing sugar, although you can substitute it for agave syrup, since they are ingredients that mix easily with the rest. Stir until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Once the filling is ready, pour it into the pan over the base. Spread on the biscuit surface and take it to the fridge to take consistency.
  6. To give your Nutella cheesecake a special touch, you can add chopped hazelnuts to decorate or red berries, as they will give it a surprising flavor.
  7. In just 20 minutesyou will have your Nutella no-bake cheesecake ready to surprise whoever you want.

Version 2: No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake

There are other recipes with Nutella for this famous cheesecake, but something you will have to keep in mind is that this cake must rest for at least four hours in the refrigerator. For this reason, we recommend that you prepare it the night before so that you can enjoy it properly the next day.

Ingredients for the base:

  • 25 g roasted hazelnuts
  • 250 g of chocolate cookies
  • 75g butter
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella

For the filling and topping:

  • 60 g icing sugar
  • 500 g cream cheese
  • 400 g Nutella
  • 75 g of roasted hazelnuts

Steps to follow:

  1. Put the hazelnuts in a food processor and grind them.
  2. Add the cookies and continue processing for a few more seconds.
  3. Then, pour the butter at room temperaturealong with the tablespoon of Nutella and mix until you get a smooth paste.
  4. Next, put this mixture in a greased mold of about 23 cm in diameterand squeeze well evenly and carefully so that it is at the same level.
  5. Keep the base in the fridge or freezer for a few minutes while you make the filling.
  6. Now, mix the sugar with the cream cheeseand add the Nutella while stirring.
  7. Remove the mold from the fridge and pour the filling on top of the base with the help of a spatula.
  8. Lastly, sprinkle with the remaining toasted hazelnuts and refrigerate for at least four hours.

Version 3: No-Bake Nutella Cheesecake

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 1 and a half cups of Nutella
  • 380 g cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of condensed milk
  • 1 cup of cream or cream without whipping
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract or essence
  • 3 tablespoons of hazelnuts, walnuts or almonds
  • 6 tablespoons of dulce de leche or caramel to decorate
  • 100 g of chocolate (optional for decoration)
  • 28 Oreo cookies
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted

Elaboration:

  1. Crush the cookies until they are like a powder.
  2. Add the butter and mix well to get the base of your Nutella cheesecake.
  3. Place the base on the mold as in the previous cases and put it in the refrigerator while you beat the cream until it is consistent. Add the vanilla and reserve.
  4. On the other hand, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the Nutella and condensed milk until you get a homogeneous mixture.
  5. Then add 3/4 of the whipped creamand mix carefully.
  6. Then, place this mixture on the cookie base and put it in the fridge for four hours so that it thickens correctly.
  7. At the time of serving, cut into four portionsand top with a tablespoon of whipped cream, sprinkle with walnuts, almonds and hazelnuts and top with a fine string of caramel or chocolate syrup.
  8. If you prefer, you can place a tablespoon of jam or dulce de leche, grated chocolate or whatever you like the most. We are convinced that the result will be a complete success.
