In The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom we will have to overcome more than 130 secondary missions if we want to complete the game to the maximum. One of those that we will find at the beginning of the game is the one called “Nothing like creamy rice” , in Kakariko, and that will allow us to lower the prices of the town’s clothing store and incidentally discover a very interesting recipe. Creamy Rice: Cure Dania’s grandmother in Kakariko and lower the store prices
The first time we visit Dania ‘s clothing store , we will see that the prices for buying new clothes are totally exorbitant, costing thousands of rupees. The store manager will explain to us that she has to raise the prices because her grandmother is undergoing treatment and is not completely cured. The way to solve the problem is a little further up, on the road inside the village of Kakariko: we will find a girl sitting near a pot: it is Lasli .
It’s another member of the family, who will explain to us that she is convinced that if we make creamy rice we will be able to cure Grandma and everything will return to normal. But it can’t be just any creamy rice: it must be one that contains something that can counteract the evil aura that seems to have affected Grandma in question.
Creamy Rice: All the ingredients to complete the mission
To complete the mission we need to collect a series of ingredients to create what will be called radiant creamy rice with vegetables, a dish that will be very useful because in addition to recovering hearts, it also repairs the hearts that are broken in the underground when you receive a blow from the evil aura. The ingredients are the following:
- Hyrule Rice
- Fresh milk
- Hylian tomatoes (or other vegetables)
- Solirium
The location of the ingredients is quite simple. On the path from Fort Vigil to Kakariko (from the village to the center of the map, to be clear) there is a street vendor with a carriage who frequently passes by that path. We will simply have to go to him and buy a unit of rice and another of milk. To use the vegetables, tomatoes are easy to find around Kakariko. The last necessary material is the solirium, a plant that you will find on the sky islands quite easily (although you will not find it in the initial area of the beginnings).
Once we have all the materials , we go to where Lasli is, throw the four ingredients and with our recipe already in the saddlebag, we talk to her. This will help to cure the grandmother, return everything to normal and you can buy the dresses you want in the store at a normal price.
