You have already thought of everything: a room for storing resources, one for preparing food, another for processing materials, etc. The only room that you still have no idea how to arrange is the bedroom and, therefore, you would like to have some suggestions about it.
How do you say? Are things actually like this? Then you will be happy to know that you have come to the right place at the right time! In today’s guide, in fact, I will explain how to make a bedroom in Minecraft using the resources available in this video game. Furthermore, I will show you a series of suggestions to build a more complete one through the use of mods.
At this point, if you can’t wait to start, all you have to do is make yourself comfortable and pay close attention to the procedures that I will show you in the next chapters. Having said that, I just have to wish you a good read and, above all, a good time!

Preliminary information
Before starting to see together how to make a bedroom in Minecraft , I must warn you that, unfortunately, due to the limited objects present in the basic version of the game, it will not be possible for you to build a room with all the elements you would like to have.
Surely, with your imagination and creativity you can create objects and constructions useful for decorating your bedroom (in the next chapters you will find many ideas in this sense, suitable for all editions of Minecraft), but to have more specific furniture elements for the bedroom of your refuge you will have to resort to mods, i.e. changes to the base game made by the community (I’ll talk about this later ).
How to create a bedroom in Minecraft
To create a bedroom in Minecraft without resorting to mods, first make sure you have a large room to use for this purpose. When building a house , prepare it with large rooms, as space is certainly not lacking in Minecraft.
For the room I will talk about in this chapter, I made a room that has a size of 5 × 5 , in order to contain all the essentials. Obviously, that is, it does not mean that you can also decide to make it more spacious or reduce its size.
The first thing to put in the bedroom is the bed . You can craft this item on a workbench by inserting 3 units of Wooden Planks and 3 units of Wool . This last resource can be easily obtained from sheep using shears.

At this point, decide where to place the bed, close to one of the available walls of the room. I advise you to leave a few blocks of space next to the bed, so as to place a coffee table .

Since it is not possible to create actual wardrobes, you can work your way up using the trunks and armor stands . These objects can be very useful: the former are used to contain any object, while the latter only to store the armor you have worn during your adventures. Finally, remember to place torches or light sources inside the bedroom: if a place remains in the dark it can be infested with hostile creatures that could attack you as soon as you enter the bedroom. How to make a beautiful bedroom in Minecraft
With the advice I gave you in the previous chapter, you can definitely create a functional bedroom, with everything you need to continue your adventures in Minecraft. However, in case you want to know how to make a beautiful bedroom in Minecraft , with furnishings similar to those that can be found in a real room of this type, you can make use of the mods .
But before delving into this aspect, I can also advise you to search YouTube for some videos made by fans like you of this video game. What you have to do is open the web page of the well-known Google video sharing platform and type the terms “minecraft bedroom” or “minecraft bedroom” .
Returning to the previous talk, you can furnish your bedroom using mods . In this case, I recommend that you take advantage of MrCrayfish’s Furniture Mod for the Java version of Minecraft for PC , which contains several furniture useful for your purpose. Therefore, go to the developer’s official website and click on the version compatible with your Minecraft client to download the .JAR file .
To make the mods work on Minecraft, however, you must first install Minecraft Forge : I told you about it in detail in my guide dedicated to the subject. At this point, you reach the path C:\Users\\[nome utente]\AppData\Roaming\.minecrafton Windows or ~/Library/Application Support/minecrafton Mac OS and open the folder mod. If you can’t find it, create it manually (you may also need to turn on the display of hidden folders ).
Now, place the .JAR file of the previously downloaded mod inside this folder . Well! You are almost there, start Minecraft , click on the ▼ icon next to the Play button , select the Forge profile and press the Play button , to start Minecraft with mod support.
All the furniture furniture available in the mod in question can be recovered from the inventory of the Creative mode . I warn you that, depending on the version of the mod, you will find a small number of home furnishings. If you want to tap into an extensive list of these, I recommend the build 6.xx compatible up to version 1.12.2 of Minecraft .
