Step 1: Windows + R
On your keyboard press Windows + R at the same time and the “run” box will appear , there you must type “ netplwiz ” and click accept.
Step 2: User Account
You will enter a window that allows you to perform various actions related to user accounts, such as user configuration, automatic login, modifying administrator privileges, and setting passwords.
If when you enter this window you see that there is another user that is not yours, you must delete it immediately, clicking on the “remove” option followed by “apply” and finally “accept” .
Step 3: Windows + R
Then you must press Windows + R at the same time and in the “run” box , this time type “ MRT ” and accept once again.
Step 4: User Account Control
This window will ask you if you want to allow the application to make changes to the device, to clarify that this is the removal of malicious software , here we will press the “yes” option .
