How to heal stamina in Immortals Fenyx Rising
To heal stamina in Immortals, players can use blue potions. Blue potions can be consumed by pressing right on the D-pad. These heal quite a bit of stamina, especially if the blue potions have been updated. Holding right on the D-pad will consume a blue mushroom, which only recovers some stamina. It’s a bit like recharging your health.
Stamina healing during combat is also slightly different from stamina recovery while climbing. Waiting for a while can fill the bar, but that bar fills much more slowly during combat. This is because the game wants players to use light attacks to gain stamina. Light attacks on landing will only recover some stamina. Some perks also make Fenyx recover even more resistance to kills or critical hits. These equipment or weapon benefits can be reviewed in the inventory menu.

These heal a small amount of stamina pips and can be crafted in Circe’s Cauldron in the Hall of the Gods or found in certain chests. It takes five blue mushrooms to make a potion. Blue Potions can also be found in some chests. The effectiveness of blue potions can also be boosted at Circe’s Cauldron with golden amber.
How to upgrade stamina in Immortals Fenyx Rising
Lightning bolt of Zeus
To increase stamina, players must find Zeus’ lightning bolt. Zeus’ lightning bolt can be found in any of the many vaults of the Tartar game and in the vaults of the gods in each story arc. The Vaults of Tartaros are the shrine-like puzzle rooms in the game that take place in the purple void. By completing each time you get a piece of Zeus’ lightning bolt.
